Tudo 100%, funcionários educadissimos, atenciosos, comida gostosa, snack bar com ótimo custo benefício. Lugar muito limpo e bem cuidado. Sentimos como se estivéssemos em casa. Mariele da recepção e o André do Snack bar são muito atenciosos.

Foi bom mas poderia ser mais acessível o valor
Pros:

O design interno rústico fez o ambiente ficar elegante. Separar o box do lavabo foi moderno. A banheira próxima ao vidro da varanda bem em frente a natureza achei estratégico. O teto de bambu, achei lindo d+ porém poderia ter luz entre eles.
O restaurante tem uma comida muito gostosa.
O café da manhã foi bom.

Cons:

Achei a diária cara. Poderia ser mais acessível o valor para usufruirmos com mais frequência.
A internet wi-fi não funcionou em nenhum momento, poderia ser eficiente.
O vidro da varanda poderia ser entregue com 3 dedos entre aberto ou um funcionário do hotel avisar com detalhes. Por ser transparente eu bati meu rosto no vidro por achar que já estava aberta a porta.

Péssima !!! As fotos e comentários sobre o hotel são incompatíveis com a realidade

Localizacão boa e quarto novo recém reformado.

Cons:

Profissionais despreparados, valor incompatível com a avaliação do Booking, colchão péssimo, frigobar sem bebidas/comidas para oferecer e quando chegamos no hotel a cozinha tinha fechado antes do horário e nem água tinha para comprar, piso da recepção todo molhado, falta manuntenção de limpeza.Péssima estadia!

Pros:

A localização é excelente e a vista do canal (que é muito bonita). Os funcionários, extremamente simpáticos.

Cons:

A acústica do quarto que ficamos deixava um pouco a desejar (dava para ouvir as pessoas conversando no corredor como se estivessem ao nosso lado). O café da manhã era muito farto, mas tinha poucas opções mais saudáveis. De resto, só uns probleminhas rapidamente resolvidos pela equipe (por exemplo, esqueceram de colocar toalhas quando chegamos no quarto).
