We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating
I did not like setup for shuttles to the cruise ship port. It was chaos and we ended up getting our own transportation. That program and process needs a complete overhaul

Cumple 👍🏻, me volvería a quedar.

Este muy bien realmente. Me parece que la calificación que tiene es más baja, a la estadía que brinda.

El personal muy agradable, siempre dispuesto ayudar, cordiales 👍🏻.

Está un poco antigua las instalaciones.

Good value but service and hotel could use some work.

Sofa bed was disgusting and uncomfortable. One window shade didn’t work. The sliding door to the bathroom wouldn’t stay closed. Staff tried to walk into my room at 8:30am with no reason. She said she was “checking”. Why would someone check on a room by walking into it instead of checking their reservation log?
