Didn’t like the stay for the price. Breakfast was not organized well and very little choice.
Pros:

No tissue, one cup for coffee, no courtesy water. Shower door doesn’t close properly. Had to reach in the shower to adjust water temperature-very inconvenient location to adjust water temperature. AM staff was not friendly. T. V. didn’t work. Alarm in room didn’t work. No wake up call available.

Best pre-cruise hotel stay location
Pros:

Very clean hotel and staff was absolutely amazing. I left my Apple Watch behind and notified the hotel. They responded immediately and informed me that is was turned in by cleaning staff and would mail it to me.

too much confusion to book again

Cons:

My room was given away when I arrived abd they couldnt figure out what happen but told me someone checked in for me when noone was able to do that. they had to find me a last minute room so thank god someoen didnt show up. I traveled with my 2 kids abd I booked for 2 twin beds and they end up having to give me a 1 bed room. Basically I would never book again. mind you I booked months in advance and paid months ahead.
