Overall, the property was very good, but I would not take the shuttle from the property to the board
Pros:

The room and facility was very clean. The breakfast was very good hot in the staff replenished food very frequently.. The staff was very friendly and helpful on anything I needed..

Cons:

The only thing I just like to put this property was the shuttle service provided to the port of Miami very much overcharged me, and ripped money out of my hand.

Cons:

Equipe de limpeza terrível. Eu precisava de uma simples troca de lençol e demorou mais de 24 para conseguir. Tive que pedir três vezes distintas, para vários funcionários. E as faxineiras eram mal educadas (simplesmente olhavam para mim, para a prancheta, falavam que eu não estava na lista, e terminavam a conversa sem o mínimo de empatia).

Cons:

We were in room 421 and the roOM was clean, howeve, the furniture was dated. The lampshade was broken and shredding on the desk. the arms on the roller chair were stained, dirty arms, and brownish in color. The chaise sofa was well worn with frayed material. We reported this to the front desk but nothing materialized response. THE COST WAS HIGH BASED ON WHAT YOU GET. BREAKFAST AREA ALSO WELL WORN.

Overall we enjoyed or stay, the staff was great 👍🏽

Didn't like the small pool. Washing machine was broken, and my room was an older model. Beds were uncomfortable.

Pros:

The location was great easy to move to the different areas

Cons:

In the Lobby coffee station never had hot coffee. The shower didn't have a li g enough shower curtain every night we had to clean the floor. And the worst no toilet brush in the bathroom
