All good
Pros:

Nice room, nice staff

Cons:

Nothing to not like, but bring back the white bait on the menu.

Location : it’s a bit noisey at weekends - other local establishments don’t know what music is. Dum dum dum base until late. Not great if you’re tired after a long journey.

Superb
Pros:

I particularly enjoyed the interior design both in the pub and rooms - very modern and cozy. Our one night stay was totally perfect. Clean, cozy, good food, perfect location for pubs and bars, nice staff.

Would recommend
Pros:

Location was perfect for the event we were going to.
The hotel was well presented, lovely decor and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Noise from outside bars, but not a problem with earplugs. The outside bars closed about midnight, so there was no noise after that.

Great value for your money, very nice hotel with the friendliest staff.
Pros:

We really liked this hotel. The hotel was in great condition, it looked recently renovated, both the downstairs area as the hotel room. The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious. The breakfast was included in the price where you could both choose from the hot menu as the cold buffet. We decided to extend our stay with three days.

Cons:

Pros:

Interesting hotel attached to a bar that served nice food and a good range of drinks. Really nice room with a spotless bathroom. Comfy bed. Lovely breakfast included and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

There should have been a coffee machine in the room, as stated. I mentioned it, but none was provided. A small thing, but I would have liked it.

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Lovely room and shower

Cons:

The lampshades on the bedside tables seem rather large for the size of table and take up a lot of space

We were expecting an average hotel next to the cruise terminal and were surprised to find an ace.
Pros:

We thought they had worked hard to provided quality, both in the physical aspects, for example the china in the room and items in the welcome pack and in the service levels. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

We did not find anything not to like.

Pros:

Hotel staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
The room was large, clean and comfortable. It had everything in it that we might need - iron, hairdryer, tea and coffee and a stocked mini bar.
Breakfast the following morning was amazing. A good selection of pastries, fruit, cereal plus a great hit food menu cooked to order.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
