The history and the kindness of the staff!

Having to lug your luggage up the stairs. I will say that we did have help taking it up, we did no have any help bringing it down.

Pros:

Beautiful rooms, good food.

Cons:

The shower drain was blocked. They failed to fix it or move us to a different room so it was basically impossible to shower properly for our entire stay.

Pros:

Food was great, staff were amazing & really friendly,
Prince was the guy we dealt with while checking in, a really nice guy, helped us upstairs with our luggage!!!

Allerlekkerst ontbijt ooit! Erg mooi ingericht, vooral ook in de kamers lijkt het echt alsof je op een schip verblijft, tot en met de lichtschakelaars aan toe. Vriendelijke bediening

Loved it from start to finish.
Pros:

Loved our stay. Staff were awesome, it was clean and centrally located, the historic vibe set a great mood, and the pub downstairs serves great food. We'd book again in a heartbeat. Loved it.

Cons:

Since its in an historic building, prepare to lug suitcases up skinny steps. There is no elevator. But that's a fairly small complaint, and staff would likely have helped if we needed their muscle.
