Pros:

The reception guy his name is Harry. I don’t know if you give me the right name. He was very rude and yell on my face to ask for my ID or credit card multiple times he pulled my ID from my hand without asking me to give it to him wasn’t a professional he was swearing bad language to me and he cancelled my reservation with no reason and he told me you asked me to cancel it, which I didn’t ask him to cancel it. I don’t know about that is a person behaviour or mental personal issues and he was asking me to leave in 5 minutes or he will call the police what kind of service is I never have experience like that in Edmonton

The staff were very rude, as the manager got his coffee ready he told us we had to wait for 5 more mins even though it was already 6am and he was getting what he needed. Garbage service top down

Great people, sad about the price increases.
Pros:

The staff are always awesome, very kind, polite and accommodating. The renovations are nice.

Cons:

The price has gone way up since we started coming here, to the point that it is now double for the same amenities. It’s hard for us to justify coming back again if the price keeps going up the ways it has been without significant improvements to what’s included in stay.

Pros:

The location and the pool

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t very good , only a select few hot items omelette and sausage, the rest was make your own waffle and toast and bagel , yogurt and apple and banana . Would be good to have some hash browns or non meat options just some scrambled eggs

Healthy and beautiful stay
Pros:

Very clean nice place and staff are kind and good

Cons:

Just on the breakfast menu put two if there is pork sausage add beef sausage so that clients can have a choice because some people dont eat pork otherwise the place is super nice
