Great location and amenities, with outdated rooms.
Pros:

They have a great setup and a prime location close to the airport. The restaurant on site is legitimately one of the best hotel restaurants I’ve experienced, with a wide variety of options and really good Colombian food, at reasonable prices. They have an area on the top floor of the hotel that you can walk around or have a drink with 360 views of all the rolling hills and beautiful landscape. They also have a sauna and Turkish bath. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport at low cost. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are not the best. Though spacious, they’re outdated and there were multiple things that fell short of the standard for a normal hotel. One of the bath towels they gave us looked like it was 10+ years old, I’ve never had a hotel towel that had clearly seen that much use. The WiFi struggled at times. The toilet didn’t flush well. The room was really musty. They’d tried to mask some of it by employing an air freshener but that just left a weird combination of smells. The kitchen had hairs on the floor. For a USA comp, I’d say the rooms themselves are like a more spacious Motel6 or lowest-level budget chain, while the rest of the hotel is much higher quality.

que no me gusto la falta de atención para ayudarle a uno bajar la maleta, imposible la comunicación la recepción para consultas y en cuanto al Wifi no lo ofrezcan gratis si es tan malo no lo logre coger y fuera de eso no me pude comunicar con la Recepción si me pertian pagando el Wifi

Mala experiencia.

El hotel está bien ubicado, si uno va a estar en Llano Grande y quiere estar cerca al aeropuerto.

Cons:

Muchas cosas. Primero, el precio fue una experiencia mala. Con varios amigos nos hospedamos en el hotel y nos cobraban distintas tarifas dinámicas. Cuando lo reservamos por Booking era la mitad de lo que nos cobraban directamente. Sin embargo, al llegar el día de la reserva a todos nos llegó un mensaje diciendonos que debíamos pagar por adelantado para reservar la habitación y miesteriosamente mi tarjeta de crédito no servía en Booking. No es la primera vez que oigo de hospedajes que potencialmente incurren en prácticas similares para no pagar el fee de Booking. Cuando por fin me enviaron el link de pago, el valor era superior al reservado por Booking supuestamente por un 'seguro hotelero'.

Segundo, la estadía tampoco fue lo mejor. A pesar de que las habitaciones estaban cómodas, nunca nos hicieron el cuarto y tampoco nos dejaron toallas de mano o de piso para la ducha. El desayuno también fue extremadamente demorado. No recomendaría una estadía en este hotel.

Dirty room, our shower was clogged and our room was floated, they never fixed it.

Location and that’s being Genours considering ALL the issues with this place.

Cons:

I would never recommend or stay at this place again. 1st they don’t have air conditioned rooms or any A/C units in the establishment.
So, my husband and I can live with that but the unacceptable issue was when the shower immediately flooded the entire room, not just bathroom, the bedroom and kitchen resulting in us being late for a wedding. The response from the front desk was “ don’t take a shower.” They advised it was the weekend and maintenance was unavailable. The lack of hospitality is just not acceptable. Sheet were stained and dirty. No effort to resolve the issue the following morning happened. We left having to clean up in the airport bathrooms. If I coild give this hotel negative rating I would. Please stay somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
