Gut aber nicht nochmal
Pros:

Bequeme Betten gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Das Ambiente war sehr düster und das Licht im Hotel sehr dunkel wie in einem gruselfilm

Vor allem gab es bei einem unserer Zimmer einen heizungsschaden was wir jeden Tag gemeldet haben. Es wurde sich nicht darum gekümmert und es war sehr kalt im Zimmer.

Finde das Personal sollte mehr interesse an sowas haben und solche Fehler schnell beheben.

Check in was quick and easy. Great location. Comfy beds. Good sized room and bathroom

It was really cold; the heating worked, but not enough. Towels were in holes, and the bathroom was dirty with a lot of hair.

Bardzo dobre śniadania. Dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Kawa mocno średnia. W łazience w pokoju nie było kaloryfera. Przy -10 stopniach Celsjusza ogrzewanie nie działało dały czas. W zależności od tego, kto był na recepcji była oferowana pomoc.
