Le personnel d’accueil et de service disponible et sympathique
Notre avion de retour annulé pour tempête. Obligé de décaler notre départ de 3 heures la manager voulait nous faire payer pour avoir le droit de rester dans l’hôtel (sans chambre bien sûr). Je n’ai jamais vu ça pour un séjour de 4 jours.
Une honte pour un hôtel censé être 5 étoiles. À fuir absolument.
Dès notre arrivée, grosse désillusion : l’hôtel n’a absolument rien à voir avec les photos en ligne. Les prestations sont médiocres, et le service client encore pire. Une de nos amies est arrivée un peu plus tard (elle faisait partie du groupe), et ils ont purement refusé de la laisser entrer, alors même que nous avions proposé de payer un supplément.
Le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, donc pour chaque demande, il fallait descendre à la réception. Et quand on descendait ? On nous répondait mal, avec un ton condescendant et aucun sens du service. La nourriture ? Immonde. Le service en chambre ? “Exceptionnellement indisponible” ce soir-là, à condition d’avoir réservé 24h à l’avance. Sérieusement ?
La manager de l’hôtel, absente pendant plusieurs jours, a finalement daigné se montrer. Quand on lui a expliqué nos soucis, elle a préféré nous blâmer, en nous reprochant de “demander trop de choses”. Aucune écoute, aucune solution, aucun geste commercial. Une arrogance hallucinante. ZÉRO remise en question.
Hôtel prétendument 5 étoiles, mais en réalité, un cauchemar à vivre. Très loin des standards d’un service professionnel. Je déconseille fortement.
Türk vatandaşı olarak alışık olduğumuz bir kahvaltı türü olmadığı için yorum yapmam doğru olmaz. Mevcut kahvaltı servis ve ikram gayet başarılı ve nazikçeydi.
Sevmediğim tek şey odalardaki ışıklandırma sistemin de çok fazla anahtar olması ve karışıklığa sebep olması diyebilirim. hangi bölgenin ışığını hangi anahtar ile açıp kapatmak için zaman harcıyorsunuz.
I absolutely loved my time at the Bellevue at the Beach Suites (even though I was sick the whole time)! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The view of the Aegean was lovely---I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Even though there is a street below, it was very quiet and I could hear the waves. The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful (special thanks to Dimitris & Theodoros). The breakfast is amazing, so many different options to order. I had it delivered to my room since I was traveling alone. I also ordered room service, a huge, delicious hamburger that was so large I ate it over two nights. I was there off-season (November) and the restaurant closed at 15:00 so I ordered my food early and warmed it up at dinnertime. The kitchen facilities and Nespresso machine were great to have. It's a short walk to the Old Town---personally, I prefer the modern facilities of the Bellevue Suites and the sunny rooms with a lovely view of the sea to the rather darker medieval design of Old Town but that's a matter of taste. Also, taxis can drive up to the Bellevue whereas you need help getting luggage to hotels in the Old Town since the streets are pedestrian only. I was so grateful that I had such a nice place to stay, so bright and cheerful, because I ended up spending a lot of time in the apartment because I was sick. I have great memories of my time there and plan to return soon when I won't be too sick to go out.
Please provide a microwave! It's really needed to rewarm food and coffee.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr professionell. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Es wurde auf alle Wünsche/Extrawünsche eingegangen. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Für ihn stand ein Hundebett mit vielen weitere Utensilien, inclusive Hundespielzeug bereit. Wie hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen lieben Dank dafür!!!
Location was perfect with easy access to both sides of the beach, and a very pleasant walk to harbour & old town. We had a 2-bedroom suite which had a huge dual aspect balcony with spectacular views. Everything was immaculately clean, spacious & comfortable. Breakfast was amazing & could be enjoyed on our own private balcony overlooking the sea. The staff were super nice, very helpful & accommodating. Our flight home was very late & we were able to enjoy a full day at the beach having access to full shower facilities at the hotel before our taxi to the airport.
