Pros:

Nice suite, large modern bathroom and bedroom. Plenty of space. Clean and cozy sitting area with a nice view of the mountains and a fireplace .Daily housekeeping service, self serve laundry available if needed, vending machines on each floor. Top floor great views while in hotel shared hot tub with nice sitting area. Small indoor pool , change rooms and lots of towels available. Enjoyed our dinner and happy hour in the hotel restaurant. Perfect location downtown. Staff friendly. Visual pleasing hotel. Expensive.

Amazing!!
Pros:

Perfect location, spacious, comfortable beds, restaurant on site was amazing! LOVED the hot tub each night, magical view of the mountains and great way to meet other travelers! Everything was great!

Cons:

Only thing was bottle opener was impossible to use, at this price the hotel should get a better one.

Everything was lovely.

Cons:

We only found that our room was a little on the dirty side of things. Fair amount of hair that was not ours left on the couches etc. floor could use a good mop. The rest of the property was clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk was excellent and properly was quiet and upscale.

Pros:

The suite was spacious. Having a balcony was good. The two jacuzzis and sauna on the rooftop were so good. a real touch of luxury.

Location is good, close to downtown area. Free parking also helps a lot.

Cons:

The hotel doesn't provide any amenities. No water, no toothbrush, no shower cap, no slipper, etc. To stay here, you have to go to nearby supermarket all the time. It's really hassle for out of country tourists.

Brilliant stay.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Moose Hotel & Suites. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The location is excellent, perfectly situated for exploring Banff, and the room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Great Location & Friendly, Helpful Staff
Pros:

Hotel is in a perfect location just a short stroll from town. Food in the restaurant was excellent for both breakfast & dinner. We enjoyed the indoor & outdoor pools with views of the mountains. All staff were friendly & helpful and helped us get a taxi to Calgary Airport at short notice. All in all a wonderful stay.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have view of mountains but view of inner courtyard was very nice. Was lovely at top of hotel by pools to see the view.
