Great location, quality hotel with great staff. We will go back as soon as.
Pros:

Room and hotel facilities were superb. Free parking and a great location with a 5 min walk in to town. The free navette service to the ski resorts was 20 metres or so away. It was easy and stress free and the staff could not have been anymore helpful.

Cons:

Could have been a few more creamers, tea and coffee in the room, only because my wife say so ....

Lovely hotel in a great location but not sure I’d return
Pros:

Loved the location and underground parking. Roof top pools were nice

Cons:

Think this is just a personal preference but didn’t like a ground floor room off reception. People passing by could be noisy. The room faces the interior so didn’t really enjoy any outdoor space. The room felt dark as a result of having blinds down for privacy.

It was very expensive and the restaurant and under ground parking were the best part.

It’s on Banff Ave and the rooftop hot tub

Cons:

The pull out sofa was super uncomfortable and had a huge water stain. I’m guessing someone had an accident on there and the mattress was not replaced. Very gross. The rest of our room was fairly clean.

Would happily return, great space and location for families.
Pros:

Stayed here with family of five. Excellent location to walk around town and access to public transit. Enough space for all to stretch out and it was nice to have a kitchenette. Ending each night on the rooftop hot tub was amazing!

Cons:

Beds felt comfortable but each of us complained at one point about waking up sore.
