Great hotel, great staff, great location, great !!
Pros:

Loved the location, loved the room, loved the facilities, loved the vibe of the hotel, loved the outdoor spa, loved the gym.

Cons:

Unfortunately you could hear the noise from the neighbours, thin walls. Doors opening on and off during the night were very loud. Also the heater came on and off during the night even though we had the heating turned off.

Pros:

Excellent suite with large master bedroom. Friendly staff. great hot-tub on an outdoor deck and underground parking.

Cons:

Food was mediocre and a bit pricey though restaurant/bar areas were very comfortable with very friendly staff.

Cons:

Room: Set up with two Queens and a sofa bed, hence possibility of 5 sharing. Only two hooks in bathroom???? Where is the logic in that? Insufficient hooks and storage also in bedroom. Would have preferred one queen and a double bed which would have given far more room to move in such a tiny space. Marketing made it sound like room was huge which was definitely not the case. Kitchenette barely adequate, toaster had insufficient depth to toast anything fully without lifting and rotating. Spend some money to buy decent equipment.

Great family place to stay. The pool/sauna/tub on the roof surrounded by mountains is fantastic
Pros:

Very nice hotel with a fantastic outdoor hot pool/tub on the roof, surrounded by mountains. The rooms are comfortable. They have a parking so very useful to go in and out easily with kids and skis.

Cons:

The bar is small and one cannot have a drink in the lobby unfortunately.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, saubere und große Zimmer, Sauna und Whirlpool tadellos.

Cons:

Bei minus 20 Grad und mehr war es auch in der Lobby kalt und ungemütlich. Das Restaurant ist nichts Besonderes.

Great hotel. Would definitely return lovely reception and house keeping teams
Pros:

Loved the entrance fireplace and lounge. Easy access to underground carpark. Great roof top large hot tubs. Great location flat walk to the shops, , bus stops, restaurants and supermarket

Cons:

Quality of food available in the restaurant attached to the property wasn’t great but there are so many amazing spots in Banff for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner

Super memorable trip in an amazing cozy hotel
Pros:

Location was perfect, the hotel was super charming, clean and we all slept so well in the comfortable rooms. And those outdoor pools....were amazing!
