Great hotel. Would definitely return lovely reception and house keeping teams
Pros:

Loved the entrance fireplace and lounge. Easy access to underground carpark. Great roof top large hot tubs. Great location flat walk to the shops, , bus stops, restaurants and supermarket

Cons:

Quality of food available in the restaurant attached to the property wasn’t great but there are so many amazing spots in Banff for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner

Super memorable trip in an amazing cozy hotel
Pros:

Location was perfect, the hotel was super charming, clean and we all slept so well in the comfortable rooms. And those outdoor pools....were amazing!

Loved it!!
Pros:

Loved everything about the hotel!! Great location, great staff and great room. Loved how cozy the room and lobby was. Hopefully I will return to Banff one day and if I do I will definitely be staying here again!
