Our stay here felt like being at home, and we enjoyed it. Cozy room, comfy beds, beautiful fireplace, nice bathroom. When we had any issues, staff were very helpful. Food in the restaurant was solid. Loved the on-site pools to get refreshed. Would absolutely stay here again.
Superb location, welcoming reception, comfortable rooms and fun, well appointed roof decking area and hot tubs/pools
Bedrooms are slightly dated
Beautiful, well kept property. Location is just on the edge of downtown, so it’s quiet, but convenient. The views are breathtaking. The bed was very comfortable. We had a room with a fireplace, which was lovely in the evening and early morning. Pool and sauna were clean and much appreciated. Underground parking, which in Banff is a huge bonus. The room had a kitchenette with everything you’d need to prepare a light meal.
The only thing we can think of would be more Kuerig pods in the room(although they were delivered within five minutes after calling). A light room service would be nice too….coffee and a continental breakfast.
The location was perfect. Easy walk to town. The hotel is super comfortable and the fireplace in the lobby was heavenly. Best of all was the staff. Always ready to help and so very knowledgeable about Banff and the surrounding area.
Downtown
Nothing
In great location, close to everything
Room a bit small, do not have enough space to open a suit case
Miserable bar staff member seamus. Ignored us two times while chatting away from the bar . Really unfriendly guy . Let the hotel down .
Central location; free parking onsite; guest laundry; reception / reception staff.
Ground floor room was overlooked from the street.
Conveniently situated to transportation, food and shopping. Staff were welcoming and helpful! Restaurant was great, atmosphere and staff were amazing!
Noise of other guests. Rooms above were extremely loud.
Stayed here for a couple of nights in Banff
Great location, comfortable beds and decent size rooms.
expensive yes but i kept reminding myself i'm in Banff right downtown within easy walking distance of everything!! the staff are very very nice!! the common areas (with a nice big real fireplace they kept fired up with wood) much lovelier than other hotels we saw in the area. the rooms are pretty Blah!! but ours did have a fireplace, a small kind of kitchenette and a nice little view off our balcony! i thought it was the best choice outside of the Fairmont (which is more expensive, outside of downtown and just overwhelming in size).
Everything very friendly and helpful. Beautiful room and view
