High Value for this hotel / staff not friendly as well
Pros:

- Location
- Comfy bed
- bathroom looks good and clean

Cons:

- Staff were not friendly and aggressive (not welcoming at all)
- the view was disappointing and not pleasant only because we are traveling with children we accept it because it was two connected room
- the breakfast restaurant need more variety in the food options we stayed 8 nights and we got same food all days
- the kitchen is inside the restaurant which makes the atmosphere quite noisy and uncomfortable during my stay I saw three to four times accident between staffs and guest because there was no space to take your food and kitchen staff are always in hurry to clear the plates and other items
- the rooms looks pretty old and without good lighting

Luxury hotel, with no atmoshfere. There was no Russian television channels and too much marketing.

Breakfast was good

Cons:

There was no Russian television channels, so i was unable to enjoy my evening with a good film. Just 50 channels it total and selection was very poor, mostly news including 2 X Ukranian channels. All room had leaflets, looked like a marketing campaign buy this and buy that. Not even a complimentary biscuit or a bottle of water. I would not stay there anymore.

The staff was very helpful. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Temperature constant!

Pros:

Snídaně u Pohlreicha standardně výborná. Pokoj je obyčejný, ale za tu cenu je to ok. Personál ne recepci pozorný.
