Muhteşem 🤩
Pros:

Odamızda ütü de dahil ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı, odalar fotoğraftaki gibi ve merkezi konumdaydı. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi her şey düşünülmüş. Merkezi Florenc otobüs terminaline çok yakın yürüyerek bavullarla 10 dakikada gittik.

Pros:

Breakfast is exceptional and even on my stays in Prague when i live in other hotels, i still go to "Next Door" to have breakfast because this is the best hotel breakfast i ever had anywhere, at any price. Especially i recommend those big croissants that are offered as extras to the buffet! By default they are sweet (chocolate or almond) but you can ask for a plain one too.

There's also an offer of decent champagne in room service at unimaginably low price - that's actually lower than in a supermarket.

Cons:

Bathroom is a bit basic, it's fully equipped and nice but lacks a luxury vibe.
Croissants offered as part of buffet are so-so, probably to upsell on those large extra ones.
There is no view - windows open into an internal yard with nothing to see in it.
But that's really picking on things - hotel is great. Contrasts with almost every other 5-star in Prague that are just poorly designed and full of flaws both in equipment and service.

Fint hotell o läget i stan mycket bra
Pros:

Läget, rent o fint, samt god frukost med stort utbud. Trevlig o hjälpsam tjej i receptionen. Hon kunde sin sak när det kom till kundservice.

Cons:

Kuddarna var inte sköna. Frukostpersonalen borde skickas på charmkurs.
