I am absolutely certain that I will never choose this hotel again. Apart from the view from the room, there was nothing positive about our stay. We felt as though we had stayed in a hostel with nothing more than beds.

There was no wardrobe or proper storage space in the room, so our belongings were scattered everywhere, making the room extremely uncomfortable. There was a kettle, but not even a proper countertop where we could prepare a cup of coffee. There was no TV unit either. As you can see in the photos, the room looked more like an uncomfortable hostel room than a proper hotel room.

Since it was Sunday, we felt practically trapped in the hotel, with no nearby cafés or restaurants where we could go and spend some time. The breakfast situation was another major disappointment. The hotel operates on a reservation system for breakfast and claimed that there were not enough tables in the restaurant to accommodate all guests. As a result, the only available time slot offered to us was 10:00 AM. We were expected to wait in our room with our two-year-old child until then. Imagine having to stay in your room just to wait for breakfast! Even though breakfast was included in our stay, we could not enjoy it at a time that suited us.

Another ridiculous experience was the check-in process. We arrived at reception at 2:51 PM, just nine minutes before the official check-in time of 3:00 PM. Despite being so close to the check-in time, the staff made a real effort to insist that we wait those nine minutes before entering our room. 😀 This level of inflexibility and lack of consideration for guests was simply appalling.

**Value for money: 0/10.** Apart from the beautiful view, absolutely nothing about this hotel justified the price we paid. The room lacked basic comfort, the service was disappointing, and the overall experience was far below our expectations. If comfort, quality service, and guest satisfaction matter to you, I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Skvělý pobyt v nádherném městě
Pros:

Moderní a zajímavá budova i okolí hotelu. Vše pěkné, čisté, nové a originální. Nádherný výhled z pokoje i během snídaní. Příjemná a usměvavá obsluha - jak na recepci, tak i pokojské, které jsme potkali - pokoj byl každý den pečlivě uklizen a vše doplněno. Skvělá lokalita - v bezprostřední blízkosti hlavního vlakového nádraží, odkud se dostanete kamkoliv. Pár metrů od hotelu je také McDonald´s, který má otevřeno do brzkých ranních hodin, takže ikdyž máte pozdní příjezd, jídlo se dá v pohodě vyřešit.

Cons:

Rezervační systém na snídaně (skrz zabezpečení místa) jsme moc nepochopili, jelikož když příjdete, tak se nikdo neptá na číslo pokoje nebo rezeravace, ale to je jen detail. I tak jsme si vždy místo s nádherným výhledem na město bez problému našli a snídaně byly pestré a vše pravidelně doplňováno. Takže vlastně žádnou výtku nemáme :)

Pros:

Fint værelse, flot udsigt. Fin, simpel morgenmad.
Gode hovedpuder og seng.

Cons:

Sæbe og bodylotion hang i beholdere på væggen, men bodylotion var tom.
Den ene loftlampe / pære på badeværelse var meget støvet.
Der var ikke vatpinde eller vatrondeller, det kunne jeg godt have ønsket.
