Pros:

Jeg havde skrevet til hotellet og spurgt og de ikke kunne ligge en lille overraskelse på væreslet fordi min parter havde fødselsdag. Da vi kom var der rose blade på sengen, chokolade, et lille kort hvor der stod tillykke og håndklæder formet som hjerter. Og ovenikøbet blev vi også opgraderet til en bedre værelse. Så fedt!!!

If I visit Malmo again, I stay in Story Hotel
Pros:

Is everything ok, room is spacious for 2 persons, bathroom great, clean, beautiful hotel and view, great location, breakfast very good and plentiful and varied food.

Pros:

Vi har bott här förut och gillar rummet. Härligt att ligga i sängen och se ut.

Cons:

- Streaming-tjänster skulle finnas på tv:en men fungerade inte. Ringde till receptionen som bad om ursäkt och bekräftade att det inte fungerat sedan de bytte tv:apparater.
- Ett tjockt lager dam på glödlampan i badrummet.
- Vi var nere i receptionen och frågade om vi kunde få nya glas andra kvällen då vi använt de första. Blev mycket otrevligt bemötta och kom därifrån utan glas. Gick sedan upp till restaurangen Kasai in the sky och fick mycket trevligt bemötande samt fina vinglas!
