Vi hade det trevligt och restaurangen uppskattades trots att vi är ovana med japansk mat.
Pros:

Bra område. Mysigt vid frukosten.

Cons:

Dusch blötte ner hela golvet, sätt upp list så det inte stänker så mycket.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, jedoch alles sehr eng, 2 Frühstückszeiten, je eine Dreiviertelstunde, sehr kurz

Cons:

Café und 1 Restaurant geschlossen, kein richtiges flair in diesem Hotel, wirkte wie ausgestorben in der riesigen Empfangshalle

Mixed feelings
Pros:

My view over the canal was fantastic. The beds are very comfortable. I asked for an extra pillow and I got two because staff thought I would be more comfortable. I needed a lot of cooling space and was provided with an extra cooler (had to stand on buisiness though...) Staff is friendly. And I must recommend Kayser in the Skye.

Cons:

The room was very small and there was much noise. Like someone was washing laundry non stop.

Delivered what promised
Pros:

Our room was on the 13th floor with an ocean view and we really enjoyed the area.
The breakfast was plentiful and good selection.
The receptionist was really kind.

Cons:

The hotel should have their own parking lot.

Above and beyond - loved it!
Pros:

The staff were so kind! We came after our wedding & they had made a heart shape towels on the bed with rose petals & chocolates with a sweet note + gave us some vouchers for the bar upstairs! It was unexpected & the extra touch was so thoughtful.

The restaurant is amazing, probably the best sushi in malmö, breakfast delicious & the beds are extremely comfy!

Pros:

Personalen var trevlig och rummen stora och välstädade.

Cons:

Det blev trångt vid frukosten för att det kom för många samtidigt och restaurangen var liten.
Det kommunala garaget dit man hänvisade för parkering är väldigt nedgången. Förvisso inte hotellets fel, men kommer man en lång väg med bil är det viktigt.

Nice quiet location
Pros:

Hotel was in a nice quiet location a short 5 minute walk from the train station.
The area felt really safe outside the hotel.
Big reception area with secure left luggage facility and friendly and helpful staff.
Great view from the window overlooking the docks.

Cons:

We were only there 2 days but the towels weren't changed despite us leaving them on the side.
We only knew the cleaner had been into the room because we found a pair of blue hygienic gloves in the bathroom.
The breakfast area is on the roof so you have a great view but you have to get there really early to get a seat as it isn't big enough for the amount of guests and its layout doesn't help.
We got there 9am first day and it was absolute chaos and took us over 10mins standing about before we got 2 seats.
Got there 7:30am second day and it was quiet.
Not a lot of storage space for clothes in the room
Apart from those things everything else was fine.

Pros:

The hotel is within walking distance of the Central Station. The staff were helpful. The room is modern and very clean. The breakfast was amazing and the view breathtaking. There is a particular lady at the breakfast area who is always smiling, which is a plus for your company, I wish I would have asked for her name.

Cons:

We booked for 2 adults and a 12 year old. Although it is listed that a child stays free, there is no additional bed in the room, except for a hard bench. However, the bed is big, so 3 people can squeeze in. Staff were helpful when we asked for an extra pillow, towels, and blanket as the room seemed to be set for 2 people only.
