Hotellet ligger skønt personalet i receptionen rare og hjælpsomme

Cons:

Morgenmad for enkelt til prisen betalt 1900 sv kr for 2 personer.
Personalet ved morgenmad viste ingen tegn på kommunikation eller service.. Måtte rykke for flere tallerkener. Vi var kun 8 personer lidt før kl 9.00 så ikke stor travlhed.
Værelses telefon til reception virkede ikke påtalte det x 2 uden det blev ordnet.

Restaurangen Kasai in the sky, supergod mat och trevlig personal!

Cons:

Jag blev besviken över vistelsen med tanke på priset så hade jag en viss förväntan på standard. Rummet var lyhört och tyckte att designen/sortimentet på rummet var acceptabelt inte mer än så. Plastglas att dricka ur. Allt kändes mycket basic, förutom tvålen och body loation i badrumme

Stort ljust rum med bra utsikt. Bra läge nära centralen. Tyst på rummet även när det blåste mycket. Bra restaurang. God frukost

Fantastyczny widok z okna, pyszne śniadanie

Cons:

Tempo obsługi recepcji. Wydanie kart do pokoju zajęło bardzo dużo czasu mimo, że nie było dużo gości czekaliśmy ponad pół godziny. W kolejce było słychać, że nie tylko my jesteśmy mocno niezadowoleni.

Cons:

your evening receptionist was extremely rude. He cald me back like a mentally impaired child to explaine to me something that dosent need explaining because is obvious, like how to open the door with your card. If he was nicer it woudnt be a problem but insted it was evident he hated me because i was a guest.

Die Receptionistin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat tolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer und beim Frühstück war fantastisch!
