What a wonderful stay! The location of this hotel is simply outstanding. It is less than a 5-minute walk from the central station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The hotel is right beside the canal, and the water view from the large panoramic windows is breathtaking. I could have spent hours just sitting by the window and enjoying the scenery.

Being in the heart of the city, everything is within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, a 7-Eleven, cafés, and shops just outside the hotel. Most of the city’s main attractions, including the canal promenade and boat tours, are easily accessible on foot. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Overall, this is one of the best hotel locations I have stayed at, and I would happily return.

Cons:

The only minor drawback was that we were a family of three, and the hotel did not have a room option with an extra bed for our child. We had to share the existing bed, which was a little uncomfortable. For couples or solo travelers, however, this is unlikely to be an issue.

Todo estuvo perfecto, la vista que tenía la habitación, la habitación estaba limpia y tenía todo lo necesario, el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y el desayuno incluido es perfecto con mucha variedad.

Fint. Mycket bra frukost och frukostpersonal.

Cons:

Ligger lite off, men framförallt tycker jag att personalen i baren/restaurangen lämnade övrigt att önska. Jag och min mamma på 85 tog ett varsitt glas vin i baren ca 16.30. Vi gick ut på terrassen. Eftersom soffan i plast var svår att sitta i för min mamma ”lånade” vi ett litet bord som var uppdukat med en servett och ätpinnar. Inte så mycket va? Barsnubben gick ut från en tom bar till en tom uteservering på eftermiddagen och körde bort oss från bordet som nog skulle stå tomt i minst två timmar till. Han sa att om vi skulle få sitta där skulle han behöva torka av bordet. My god!!!!! Spiken i kistan skulle man kunna säga.

Pros:

Amazing breakfast, wonderful bartender at night, front desk staff were kind and knowledgeable, perfect location for walking to Tilla Torg and the central train station, but without noise from the busy areas. Great design and room view too!
