El trato de sus trabajadores es muy cordial, familiar, todos son amables, cada quien a su manera👌la atención es excelente desde el inicio. Te solucionan cualquier inconveniente de inmediato. Tiene excelente ubicación ❤️
Su comida es deliciosamente casera y limpia. Da gusto desayunar y almorzar.

Cons:

No tenía aire acondicionado 😞 pero si ofrecen ventiladores. La habitación que me reservaron está muy chic, amplia y fresca.👍

Desilusión total.
Pros:

Esta en una buena zona.

Cons:

La atención del personal muy deficiente no tienen calidad humana.
No hay variedad en el desayuno.
En la habitacion hizo falta el ventilador y a pesar que se solicito no solucionaron.
Nunca hubo tinto en el día, a pesar que se pidió varias veces.

Endroit pittoresque à deux pas de l'effervescence touristique !

Bon rapport qualité-prix !
Possibilité de manger le repas de midi pour 20'000 COP/personne > Excellente cuisine !!!
Personnel agréable et réactif !
Très beau jardin et versure entretenue !

Cons:

Pas forcément pas "aimé" mais on sent que le complexe est vieillissant et un coup de frais le mettrait mieux en valeur car l'architecture est jolie.

La atención del personal fue inmejorable, siempre dispuestos a aconsejarnos y ayudarnos en todo lo necesario. La ubicación también excelente, en Poblado muy cerca de Provenza, la zona se sentía segura. Desayuno rico aunque poca variedad.

Cons:

El baño estaba deteriorado, la ducha sobre todo. También, la limpieza era bastante mejorable, encontramos una cucaracha y el suelo de moqueta estaba bastante sucio, además no nos informaron desde el principio de que el aseo diario de la habitación debía solicitarse, por lo que el primer día no se realizó. La zona de piscina se notaba algo dejada en cuanto a limpieza así como el agua estaba sucia.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Premium Real. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. They made me feel comfortable and were always ready to assist with anything I needed.

Pros:

Me gustó la amabilidad del personal, siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar. Estuve 5 noches en el hotel y me sentí muy cómoda. Aproveché para nadar 3 días, la piscina siempre estaba limpia. El desayuno muy rico, no me cansé de comer huevo con arepa, queso fresco, fruta y café o chocolate caliente. Gracias por todo.
