Cons:

La experiencia fue muy mala. Todos los trabajadores fueron muy atentos excepto uno. No tiene tacto para hablar con huéspedes y manejó una situación muy mal que haya incluyo la policía en algo sin sentido. Además, dejé extraviado un artículo en el hotel y cuando lo reporté, me dejaron de responder (se lo robaron en otras palabras). Las habitaciones no tienen nada de ventilación, ni un ventilador dan, entonces son sofocantes. También pueden ser muy claras entonces cuesta dormir. Las camas son duras e incómodas. El desayuno no era muy rico, preferimos comer afuera.
Pésimo lugar.

Nice area, close to everything. Great pool. We were able to check in before the stated time.

Cons:

Not the friendliest staff. No hot water in the room. The door to our room was in the reception and dining area, and had a gap of almost 10cm in the bottom letting both sound and light in. Everyone passing by disturbed our sleep, as well as all the noise during the breakfast. We changed hotel to another one down the street.

Breakfast was very basic

La piscina super bien, buen tamaño, el desayuno super rico, el personal del hotel super bellísimas personas, los de cocina un beso por siempre.
La ubicación increíble esta super cerca de Provenza, del Centro Comercial Vizcaya. Esta en un super buen lugar.

Zaciszny I kameralny hotelik z pięknym basenem I przemiła obsługą.
Super lokalizacja na pierwszy pobyt po długiej podróży samolotem.
Byliśmy grupą 8 osób i zarezerwowaliśmy pokoje tuż przy basenie ...Wieczorami jest możliwość biesiadowania we wspólnym gronie I nikomu to nie przeszkadza .
Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta

Cons:

Pokoje nad basenem wymagają odświeżenia. Tylko w jednym znajdowała sie lodówka. Przez caly nasz pobyt(4 noce) nie zostały posprzątane i nikt nie wymienił nam ręczników! W pokojach nie było tabliczek do wywieszania na drzwi ,czy życzymy sobie sprzątania..

Terrible experience, broken facilities. Staff pleasant but not helpful.

Quiet location, has parking.

Cons:

We specifically booked the room with an A/C (which costs extra) and when found out after entering the room that it was out of order (it had a note taped to it).
Also the lights were flashing really badly.
We informed the front desk that we would not be staying in that room for the regular price without the A/C that we paid for and without functioning lights. The front desk said there is nothing they can do and that they would not move us to another room or let us cancel the reservation.
We are still waiting to hear back from the management about whether they will make it right. In the meantime we booked another hotel (with A/C and working lights for cheaper) and will be doing a chargeback on the reservation if management does not make it right.

Update:
We got in contact with the management and they agreed to refund the money but would not refund it to the credit card on the reservation. They claimed the only way was to send it to our colombian bank account. we have waited almost 3 weeks now (they promised we would receive the deposit in 5 days) and have not received the money yet.

Ubicación excekente

Cons:

Servicios muy limitado. Ni ventilador, ni perchera, ni mueble, ni secadora de cabello ( una para todo el hotel). El jabón de manos era el mismo que el shampoo.
