El hotel fue super cómodo , el desayuno delicioso las señoras que nos atendieron son un amor, en general todo el personal fue muy amable y servicial, nos ayudaron con un mapa y nos explicaron como llegar a los lugares turísticos, las ardillitas que viven allí son muy tiernas, la ubicación es genial , hay restaurantes cerca y centros comerciales.

El precio mostrado en Booking no coincidió con el que nos cobraron al llegar a las instalaciones, ya que aumentó considerablemente. Debido a esta diferencia, nos vimos obligados a cancelar la reserva y contratar directamente con el establecimiento, con los precios que ellos tienen públicos. La explicación que nos dieron fue que la reserva estaba hecha para una sola persona, cuando en la confirmación se evidenciaba claramente que era para dos. Esta situación refleja una falta de transparencia y generó una muy mala experiencia desde el inicio.

buena ubicación, cercania a Provenza y precio

me gusto la amabilidad del personal y la cercania a Provenza, a solo 4 cuadras. Además que su ubicación era muy tranquila y lejos de la bulla.

Cons:

La habitación no era tan privada porque siendo en primer piso y teniendo ventanas muy amplias, cualquier persona podía mirar hacia el interior. De igual manera se sentia mucho ruido de los cuartos vecinos y del personal que hacían limpieza fuera.
