Terrible experience, broken facilities. Staff pleasant but not helpful.
Pros:

Quiet location, has parking.

Cons:

We specifically booked the room with an A/C (which costs extra) and when found out after entering the room that it was out of order (it had a note taped to it).
Also the lights were flashing really badly.
We informed the front desk that we would not be staying in that room for the regular price without the A/C that we paid for and without functioning lights. The front desk said there is nothing they can do and that they would not move us to another room or let us cancel the reservation.
We are still waiting to hear back from the management about whether they will make it right. In the meantime we booked another hotel (with A/C and working lights for cheaper) and will be doing a chargeback on the reservation if management does not make it right.

Update:
We got in contact with the management and they agreed to refund the money but would not refund it to the credit card on the reservation. They claimed the only way was to send it to our colombian bank account. we have waited almost 3 weeks now (they promised we would receive the deposit in 5 days) and have not received the money yet.

Ubicación excekente

Cons:

Servicios muy limitado. Ni ventilador, ni perchera, ni mueble, ni secadora de cabello ( una para todo el hotel). El jabón de manos era el mismo que el shampoo.

Buena, con incidente no resuelto
Cons:

No es seguro perdí el cable de carga de mi reloj, no me dieron solución, lo dejé en la habitación, se supone que el personal de limpieza lo debió encontrar. Al final, cuando fui a preguntar por el cable olvidado no me dieron respuesta coherente, el cable se perdió. No es común que esto suceda en los alojamientos

Simples e aconchegante
Pros:

Os quartos são simples, porém aconchegantes. O funcionário Mauricio, que fica a noite, é muito atencioso. O café da manhã é simples, porém muito gostoso. O esquilo do hotel é uma graça. A localização é próxima ao centro comercial de Poblado.

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ter um pouco mais de opções.

Muy bien ubicado en medio del Poblado, bonitas las instalaciones y la piscina. El personal muy simpatico y siempre listos a ayudar.

Cons:

No tendra que ver con el hotel, pero solo huespedes hombres, quizas no es para familias?!

Cons:

El estado de aseo en que recibimos el baño, encontramos un jabón usado en el baño con vellos corporales, las paredes de los baños también tenia vellos, hicimos el primer reclamo y lo quitaron, luego al dia siguiente le comentamos a la persona del aseo y le comentamos que no nos habíamos duchado debido a eso y le pareció como chistoso.

volvimos y vimos que solo habían lavado el baño con un jabón de manos, no se si es que no supervisan las labores de los servicios en las habitaciones, tuvimos que comprar un desinfectante y usarlo en la ducha y así estar tranquilos.
