Habermus nach Hildegard von Bingen,das möchte ich im Oktober auch gerne wieder haben.Das Mittagessen war auch sehr lecker nach Hildegard gekocht.Dr.Wighard Stechlow sei dafür auch gedankt.

Frühstück sensationell mit selbst gebackenem Zopf und frisch zubereiteten Spiegeleiern. Parkplatz 1min zu Fuß alles bestens

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig. Trotz Badezimmer auf dem Flur habe ich kaum jemanden gesehen und absolut nichts von anderen Gästen gehört.
Nur der Ess- und Aufenthaltsbereich sowie das Café zeugten davon, dass das Haus ausgebucht war.
Es gab extra gekennzeichnetes veganes Essen beim Frühstück.
Das Zimmer ist funktional und eher karg eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das vegane Frühstück hätte für den Preis aber noch etwas größer ausfallen können. Für aufs Brot gab es lediglich Margarine und Aufstrich.
Für das Abendessen gab es keine vegane Auswahl. Vegetarisch wäre Rösti mit Schmand gewesen. Rösti ohne Schmand für 17€ wollte ich dann doch nicht essen.
Preis-Leistung ist, auch durch das schlichte Zimmer und geteilte Bad, nicht der Wahnsinn. Für die Gegend zahlt man aber halt die Lage.

Ruhige Lage, durch die Baustelle der Bundesstraße ein wenig schwierig zu erreichen.
Freundliches Personal und ein sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Gemeinschaftsdusche und -toilette sind nicht so mein Ding.
Außerdem stand in der Booking Beschreibung: "Dieses Einzelzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad", was nicht der Fall war!
