櫃台服務員每個人都很好，窗景很好，地理位置很好。

Cons:

餐廳服務員沒有笑容，從帶位開始就頗不開心，晚餐、早餐服務都有很大的進步空間，早餐餐點普通，除非你很喜歡吃飯糰，否則非澱粉類的選項實在不多!房間位置剛好位於備品間附近，關門的聲音非常影響睡眠。

The hotel stay exceed my expectation with little perks
Pros:

Location was quite close to the Tainex 1 and also there is a link to nearby mall, so this was a plus point. A plus point is having to use washing machine and dryer and standing steamer available, which is a big plus especially when going to events . Breakfast was moderate but it gave some examples of Taiwan local delicacy - it's not over the top, but just enough for me. Also there is a coffee machine in the room a nespresso with 3 pods everyday which is great for someone who needs the coffee kick!

Cons:

I had some issue with the hotel room door lock which seems to jam. And the auto curtain opening and closing didn't work properly for the 3rd day - which I am not sure why. The hotel seems new, but this are minor quirks. I didn't bring this up to the hotel reception, so hopefully they can improve on this in the future stay.

まるでお家に帰ってきたようなあたたかいホテル
Pros:

全てにおいて、素晴らしい宿泊体験でした！私は自宅以外で熟睡する事が出来ないのですが、こちらのお部屋はとても清潔でベッドも丁度良い硬さ。更に特筆すべきは、こちらで働かれているスタッフの皆様です。フロントスタッフさんに深夜便で帰国する為タクシーを呼んで欲しい等など、いくつかお願いした事にとても親切にご対応頂き、本当に嬉しかったです。ハウスキーパーさんも言葉は分からなくても意思疎通出来て優しくて、また泊まりたいなと思わせてくれた素敵なホテルでした。

Cons:

特にありません。立地も最高で、駅直結で持ち帰りが出来るタピオカミルクティー屋さんや焼き物屋さんがあり、無印良品やビアードパパなど日本のショッピングモールのような施設が直結。雨の日でも快適に移動が出来ました！

第一次入住，地理位置很方便，服務很貼心，飯店設施很貼心，有製冰機真的很特別，還有免費洗衣烘衣機及掛燙機可使用，早餐超級豐盛，還有飯糰、牛肉湯、奇異果汁..特色小吃，真的很棒，如果有白胡椒粉搭配牛肉湯會更完美
