Hotel Iskra

Выбирала отель по расположению, понравились фото номеров и отзывы. Была заранее заготовлена справка об отсутствии covid, тем не менее при заселении возникли вопросы, хотя 72ч со дня получения справки не прошло. Спасибо, что предоставили чайник, кулер на этаже. Обещали выдать сухой завтрак, почем-то не дали. Чистота приемлемая, слышимость хорошая, агентам разведки лучше не селиться.

Расселили быстро. В номере чистота и порядок. Придраться не к чему! Однозначно советую проживание в данном отеле.

The room was like a mini apartment with 3 rooms. The premises arw very clean. The staff is very friwdnlt and helpful. Great price and not too far away from the airport.

As always, everything was fine!

Nice hotel near the moscow area

The location is pretty bad, the rooms are spacious with a modern touch, but the service is awful; at the front desk they didn't honor our booking and we had to pay extra for a third person when our booking already contemplated that individual. The bar stated that it was open until 12 AM and that food was available until 11PM, me and my buddies went down to the restaurant at 10:30 and they said that no more food will be coming out of the kitchen, only drinks. They really didn't care about their hotel guests at all and the average room and facilities definitely suffered the terrible staff that was in place.

歩いて5分くらいのところに美味しいロシア料理屋さんもあります。モスクワの街までは少し距離ありますが満足デス

Once i arrived...there was extra charges, etc etc... the morning after they told me my breakfeaste wasnt included, because i just checked in (i cheked in the night before) only good thing on the place the english translator... bad place overall

this hotel is a disaster we went to put something in the fridge of the room and the refrigerators were not served all the hot drinks the breakfast very normal the receptionist do not speak english their answers always carry the phrase that is impossible the cleaning to the very superficial room very bad service

Señalaron en sus características que tenían Spa pero no tenían. Las personas del lobby no hablaban nada de inglés e inicialmente fueron poco serviciales.

Good experience. Had problems with hotel cancellations during World Cup and finally ended in hotel Iskra. Very clean, modern. Friendly people (not English speaking) at the reception. Bus stop 2 minutes away. Bus to airport SVO (no 851) needs 45 minutes due to traffic. To green Metro also 20 minutes. Little shop around the corner. Breakfast was with a lot of variety, but it’s only served after 8 am in the morning. The hotel facilities were modern, clean and the rooms are spacious. Good shower, well equipped bathroom. Would stay here again.

My third stay at this hotel. This time the carpet in my room was not vacuumed well and it was cleaned as soon as i let them know. The down side in this hotel, the foul odor that comes from the bathroom floor drain in every room that i've stayed and i've heard from other guest about the same issue, but luckily it doesn't stay permanently, comes and goes. The building is modern style. The heat/air conditioning system works well and windows open. Hopefully, administration will extend breakfast hours, for this hotel, being close to the airport. Right now they offer two choices for free breakfast kasha with fruit and an omlet, they both come with a hot dog on the side. Fresh fruit is just a diced apple, the most. There is an option to pay for a bigger breakfast. There is a bar/restaurant at this hotel, but i recommend to go 5 min cab ride to the Mega mall, with lots of places to eat. At this hotel during free breakfast guest can use a coffee machine that makes americano with coffee beans, not instant coffee. I find it a very nice touch for a free breakfast, uncommon for budget hotel in general. The rooms have safes, the keypads don't work, so guests use keys that they keep all day or turn to the front desk. I recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

It was wonderful! Clean and welcoming! Breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the front desk lady was super nice. Not only she ordered us a taxi cab, but she called the room in the morning ahead of time to remind us and made sure we are up.

In February of 2017 they had a good coffee machine, you can make your own coffee drink, not instant coffee and it's rare in cheaper end hotels in Russia. Instant coffee is so common. In general cabs are cheap in Russia, but if u gave your self an hour and fifteen minutes you can definitely take the bus to the airport from the bus stop, that is 3 minutes away from the hotel. Bus number 817 will usually take u there with in 20-25 min the most.Free breakfast is not continental, not big in the amount of food, but tasty, freshly made. You can purchase extra breakfast dishes.
Downside - sometimes the rooms start to smell, because of the way plumbing is done, there some kind of a pipe in the floor let's the smell out. The building is new though.The administration of the hotel would promptly change your room in that case.
