Primero había dicho que pagaría con tarjeta de crédito y en ningún momento me hablaron del 5% adicional que me cobrarían. Segundo el aire a media noche se congeló y tocó apagarlo y aguantar calor

Espacio muy pequeño, agua fría, colchón durisimo y una cucaracha en el baño.

Pas de fenêtre à lâchante

Son unas ladronas, lo digo tan claro y tan contundente porque tengo total seguridad, ya de todos es sabido la poca honestidad de la gente en esta zona, dicho por propios paisanos, y este tema es penoso y repudiable. La dignidad de estás personas es la plata, no hay más que deseo quea empleen en medicinas. Olvidé un plastiquito con 600 euros, gran error esta ciudad, y desaparecio pues fue mi check out, en el que dejé una maleta allí guardada, donde tenía intención de guardarlo pero con las prisas de quedó arriba en la habitación. Yo me fui con pesos y y 100 euros que extraí antes de perderlo para siempre. Quise ver las cámaras a ver quién accedía pero de ve que borraron esas horas concretamente, ya wiens a partir de por la tarde ya estaba grabado, en fin se cubren unas a otras, un verdadero asco.

Todo fue bueno

Reservamos y nos cancelaron la estancia 1 hora antes de llegar. La solución fue un hotel cercano a mitad de precio del que nos gustó y una valoración muy baja, nada que ver a lo que habíamos contratado.
Aparte, no fueron capaces de enseñarnos las hojas de reclamación, debe ser que no las tienen.
Mucho que desear.

Las palomas que se escuchan toda la noche en la habitación y interrumpen el sueño

The a/c was more of a fan and did not actually cool the room down. When we showed them it wasn't working properly, we were asked to wait 45 minutes to see if it would cool the room down. We did that and when it didn't we asked to leave. First they offered us another room and so we checked that one and ot was the same because the a/c units are incredibly old. We asked if they had a fan but they did not so we asked to leave. The owner said because we had used the room (for the 45minutes we were told to wait) that we would be charged for the first night. I explained that this was unfair to which she tried to tell me a/c units in hot countries are not to have cold rooms but to refresh the room. Considering I have lived in hot countries for the last 10 years and they have the worst a/c units I have ever experienced, I feel she was refusing to take responsibility and hoping I was an idiot who didn't know any better. This was by far my worst experience in Colombia as normally people care and are kind. I would avoid this hotel as you can find hotels for the same price with pools and a/c units that work.

Zimmer ohne Aussicht, Fenster (Oberlichter) gehen bei den meisten Zimmern zum Flur
