Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet établissement à Medellin, le quartier du Poblado est un quartier un peu excentré du centre, retiré et calme. Le personnel est au petit soin autant au niveau de la réception que de la salle ou bien les personnes d'entretien, le room service et la restauration est parfaite. Nous avons été enchantés de cet établissement qui fut le coup de coeur de notre voyage pareillement que cette ville fantastique de Medellin. Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés.

En resumen, todo en el Hotel Binn fue perfecto.
Pros:

Es un hotel muy limpio. El personal es sumamente atento y amable. Un gran letrero de neón en la calle que indique la ubicación del hotel sería fantástico, ¿no creen? ¡Lo anunciaría como el mejor hotel de la ciudad! Todos lo verían y pensarían: "¡Guau, aquí es donde nos hospedamos!". Unas palabras sobre el hermoso restaurante en la entrada del hotel: supera todo lo que hemos visto hasta ahora en Colombia. Estamos muy impresionados con la decoración, la música, la protección solar y todo lo demás. Pero ahora viene lo mejor: nunca habíamos experimentado un servicio tan excepcional, respetuoso y profesional en el desayuno en Colombia. Todo el personal, incluyendo al Sr. Adolfo, desde la cocina, recepción y atención al cliente, merece nuestro más alto reconocimiento. Ni siquiera un rey sería tratado con tanta cortesía. ¡Gracias a todos!

Cons:

Disfrutamos mucho de todo. Quizás cada huésped podría recibir un pequeño almuerzo para llevar al salir del hotel, antes del desayuno habitual, para que nadie llegue al aeropuerto con hambre. Salimos hacia el aeropuerto a las 2:30 a. m. sin desayunar.

Estadía perfecta
Pros:

El lugar es espectacular, muy cómodas las habitaciones y limpias. El área de la piscina tiene una vista espectacular. El desayuno es sumamente amplio y el personal es extraordinario. Manuela, Adolfo, Elizabeth y el resto del personal son demasiado atentos y siempre al pendiente de ofrecer cosas diferentes para probar. El personal de recepción también fueron muy atentos.
Ambos restaurantes tienen un menú muy delicioso y una gran ambiente.

Lovely rooftop bar and restaurant with spectacular views
Pros:

The rooftop restaurant and the breakfast restaurant were very good. The staff was friendly and helpful

The room was pretty simple - I meal I was expecting more for the price. Also the sauna was out of service and the jacuzzi and pool are very very small although the views are spectacular

Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. The room had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
