One of the best place of our Sri Lanka trip
Pros:

Fantastic location with a great view on the mountains. Room was comfortable and super clean. Staff is always smilling and taking care of all you need. Restaurant is offering a good and tasty food variety! All was perfect!

Echt heel oud, kamer was met heel oud vies tapijt en stonk , groen tl licht op de badkamer Kigt echt helemaal alleen op een berg heel ver weg van Kandy stad.

Wir sind 10Tagen durch Sri Lanka gereist und haben 2Nächte im Elegant gebucht. Es war Erholung und Entspannung aller Sinne. Die Distanz zum Zentrum Kandy ist weit, aber wir wollten gezielt die Abgeschiedenheit und Erholung. Der Service ist wunderbar, alle Wünsche sei es beim essen, SPA, Service am Pool ecc. werden berücksichtigt. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist edel und stilvoll. Wunderschöne Blumendekorationen.

Tolles Hotel mit top Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Das Personal war super professionell, hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Wir hatten im Hotel ebenfalls sehr sehr gutes Abendessen. Ich kann das Hotel nur Empfehlen!

Royal Hotel Elegant
Pros:

Bij dit hotel wordt als een koning behandeld.
Prachtig uitzicht en een heel mooi zwembad.

Excellent exceptional service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Elegant Hotel. The food was delicious, the place was spotless, and everything was well maintained. What truly made our stay special was the incredible staff—they were so friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality was exceptional. A beautiful escape from the hustle & bustle
Pros:

This hotel was perfect, I had a wonderful room with a balcony that overlooked the grounds, pool & mountains. I was so impressed I moved my plans and booked an extra night. Next time I’m in the Kandy area I will 100% be back to stay.
The food was delicious and the staff were lovely.

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff and beautiful mountain views

We had a very pleasant stay at Elegant Hotel and left with wonderful memories.

First of all, we would like to mention the beautiful surroundings and stunning mountain views. The hotel has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying nature.

We had a difficult travel situation: due to an airline flight rescheduling, we arrived one day later than planned. Despite this, the hotel staff kindly helped adjust our booking dates without any financial loss, which we truly appreciated.

The staff were exceptional — very kind, friendly, helpful and genuinely caring. They were always in touch with us while we were still in Russia, answered our questions quickly, and helped us organize our trip.

We also received a very warm welcome upon arrival: welcome drinks and beautiful flower garlands, which immediately made us feel special and welcomed. As an additional surprise, we were upgraded free of charge from a Deluxe Room to a Super Deluxe Room, which was incredibly kind.

We would also like to thank the hotel for arranging airport transfers and transportation to our next hotel. This was especially helpful because the hotel is located in a less obvious area, where arranging regular taxis independently can be difficult.

In addition, the hotel organized a private full-day tour around Kandy by car at a reasonable price, which was very convenient and enjoyable.

Breakfast was delicious, and overall the hotel atmosphere felt warm, peaceful and welcoming.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for beautiful scenery, tranquility, and truly caring hospitality.

Amazing Stay Highly Recommended
Pros:

I had a wonderful relaxing stay at Elegant the service, room and food was on point. Roshan was very helpful and pleasant as were all the staff here. The pool has a spectacular view of the mountains and it’s a place you can fully relax and zone out from the outside world. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area.
