Situated in a 19th-century residential building in Amsterdam's most beautiful area, Nova Apartments is close to the Concert Hall, Van Gogh Museum, and trendy shopping streets. Guests can easily explore the city's attractions and enjoy nearby restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.

Important information:

Check-in starts at 14:00.
Pressing the Reception bell at the front door will connect you with the Nova Hotel reception desk. They will welcome you and open the front door for you by remote control. Once inside, you will find a welcome envelope containing your key card. Use this key card to open the door to your apartment. You can also use it to open the front door.

The apartment is cleaned daily and the linens are changed twice a week.

Check out time is 11.00.

Please note that guests will receive a payment link by the property at least 3 days before arrival. Without payment guests cannot enter the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Ask for a High Floor Apartment.
Pros:

The apartment was good and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the easy to use. The location for the Concert Hall and museum was excellent.

Cons:

We were given an apartment in the basement which was dark and not at all like the one shown on the booking I made, The TV remote did not work and there were no USB charge points. Check out was 11.00 am where 12.00 would have been better.

Idealne miejsce na krótszy lub dłuższy wypad - z dala od zgiełku turystów, ale blisko do atrakcji.
Pros:

Idealne miejsce. W bocznej uliczce tuż obok jednej z ulic obok Museuplain (a własciwie na przeciwległym końcu w stosunku do Rijksmuseum). Pokój barzdo czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Zarówno przy przyjeździe zameldowanie, jak i wymeldowanie - bezproblemowe. Blisko do duzego supermarketu, a kawałeczek dalej pieszo - doskonała restauracja "seefood restaurant". Z dworca Amserdam Centraal tramwajem (nr12) - niecałe 20 minut. W budynku jest winda jak ktos nie lubi stromych schodów:)

Pros:

Дистанционно настаняване и освобождаване(даже при забравен в стаята ключ - дистанционно отключване), разположение в старинна централна част (близо до Национален музей, Концертна зала, музей ВанГог), уютно.

Cons:

Едната от стаите е разположена под стълбището, под нивото на улицата с малко прозорче, едната вечер миризмата там беше ужасна (може би канализацията беше компрометирана във връзка с ремонта на улицата). Това изобщо е добре да отпадне от отдаваемите.

Comfortable, stay in a well located and well equipped flat. Great service.
Pros:

Located on an attractive, quiet street, a couple of minutes' walk from tram links, a supermarket, Museumplein and many shops, cafes and restaurants.
There was a lift for convenience. A lot of historic buildings have narrow stairs.
Check in was easy. Reception was readily available if needed.
A comfortable, peaceful stay. Great for working visit and holiday alike.
My only suggestion is to enable apps on the TV to access more TV viewing in other languages. Otherwise good as both living room and bedroom had a set.
The full working kitchen was great. I was able too cook and keep items refrigerated. The dishwasher, with provided soap, was a great convenience.

Appartamento con vizi strutturali ma ubicato in zona centralissima

Appartamenti in posizione centralissima e ben servita da mezzi pubblici, ristoranti e supermercato. Molto vicina alla zona dei musei della città.

Cons:

L'appartamento che ci è stato assegnato si trovava appena a sinistra rispetto all'entrata, al primo piano. Tutti gli odori provenienti dalle cucine dei piani superiori si riversavano nel nostro appartamento, rendendo l'aria profondamente viziata. Ci è stato risposto con una offerta di cambiare stanza solo a ridosso della partenza, opzione che non abbiamo accettato essendo piu' facile scappare via la mattina successiva che spostare tutti i bagagli.

This was a beautiful apartment, very comfortable, centrally located. I could live in it.

Large, clean, on a lovely street. Wonderful Indian restaurant on the corner. Close to the tram.
