Important information:

Check-in starts at 14:00.
Pressing the Reception bell at the front door will connect you with the Nova Hotel reception desk. They will welcome you and open the front door for you by remote control. Once inside, you will find a welcome envelope containing your key card. Use this key card to open the door to your apartment. You can also use it to open the front door.

The apartment is cleaned daily and the linens are changed twice a week.

Check out time is 11.00.

Please note that guests will receive a payment link by the property at least 3 days before arrival. Without payment guests cannot enter the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Cons:

Camera assegnata non raggiungibile tramite ascensore, in un cantinato accessibile solo tramite scala a chiocciola ripidissima. Pertanto impossibile portare i bagagli in camera. Assenza di uscita di sicurezza. Per questi motivi non abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura.

Ideal for a longer stay
Pros:

We are an older couple, and were in Amsterdam for sixteen days.
This was our second stay at the Nova Apartments, and were very happy with it. The apartment was very clean, roomy and quiet with a relaxing view of the inner courtyard. The kitchen facilities were excellent, and the bed quite comfortable.
It's wonderful to be able to eat in sometimes, and to unwind in a homey living room rather than feeling stuck in a hotel room when we were too tired to be out.
The location is truly excellent, very close to the museum quarter and convenient to public transportation just about anywhere in Amsterdam.

We were on the third (top) floor and the water pressure was only just sufficient.

Would stay again!
Pros:

Excellent location, clean modern rooms

Cons:

Very steep steps up (though there is a small lift and I think steep steps like this are very common in Amsterdam). When we stayed in August 2026 the whole of the Street outside had been dug up , meaning access was a little tricky with luggage and no access at all for cars. Tricky for suitcases and airport pick up etc. But I’m sure will be back to normal again soon.

Un appartamento ben collegato e ben mantenuto.
Pros:

Appartamento ottimamente collegato e in una zona da cui è facile raggiungere le altri parti della città. Il check-in molto semplice e nell'appartamento ci stava tutto il necessario. Avevamo bisogno di un paio di asciugamani in più e ce li hanno portati senza problemi, è facile comunicare con la direzione via Whatsapp. La cucina era ben fornita per cucinare. Silenzioso e arredato con cura.

Fantastic location, great studio apartment
Pros:

Amazing location for museum quarter, really close to restaurants and bars but still quiet and relaxing space. Room was really comfortable, had everything we needed, air conditioning was fantastic in the summer heat. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and very convenient with multiple tram lines and close to the museum by walking distance.

The street is under construction, the noise starts from early morning 7:30am, Nova Apartment is at middle of street, you need to carry the luggages through the temporary road , canot arrive by car in front of the door...... surprised me while the first day arrival with rainy day

A estadia superou minhas expectativas! O apartamento tem excelente tamanho, é super bem equipado e estava muito limpo! O chuveiro é excelente, o melhor dos hotéis que fiquei na viagem! O processo de self checkin é bem fácil! O apartamento também é muito bem localizado, em uma área tranquila e próxima de supermercado, farmácia e de algumas das principais atrações da cidade!
