Important information:

Check-in starts at 14:00.
Pressing the Reception bell at the front door will connect you with the Nova Hotel reception desk. They will welcome you and open the front door for you by remote control. Once inside, you will find a welcome envelope containing your key card. Use this key card to open the door to your apartment. You can also use it to open the front door.

The apartment is cleaned daily and the linens are changed twice a week.

Check out time is 11.00.

Please note that guests will receive a payment link by the property at least 3 days before arrival. Without payment guests cannot enter the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Ļoti laba lokācija. Dzīvoklis bija liels. Iela bija slēgta remontdarbu dēļ, tādēļ bija kluss. Bija visa nepieciešamā virtuves iekārta, katru dienu tika tīrīts un tika atjaunotas kafijas kapsulas.

Good value for money and very clean.
Pros:

Very clean and in a location which was not far from all the sights. Good to have clean towels etc every other day. Also the lift as we were on the second floor.

The only thing I could say was would be good to have instructions for how to use the oven and heating.

Pros:

Kitchen facilities ( although no microwave) and spacious. Appreciated the laundry too. It was very close to a supermarket and all of the museums

Cons:

Dark/poor lighting. On arrival the bathroom stank like the sewer but this soon went away with some ventilation and didn’t recur.

Quiet location near museums
Pros:

Perfect location in quiet residential street very near the museums. Easy to stroll into city centre. Good selection of local restaurants (we enjoyed Esh and Pinocchio). Thought Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and Rembrandt's House were all superb.

L'appartement est propre, confortable et répond entièrement à nos attentes.
Pros:

Le Nova appartement est situé à 5 minutes à pied des musées, d'un supermarché et d'un arrêt de la ligne 12 du tram qui permet d'accéder directement le centre d'Amsterdam et de la gare centrale en moins de 15 minutes. La chambre dispose d'un grand lit double très confortable et d'une deuxième télé accrochée au mur. Un canapé et un fauteuil pivotant permettent de se détendre et de regarder confortablement un grand écran plat. La décoration à la fois sobre et moderne contribue au délassement après une journée de marche soutenue. La propreté est au top. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Cons:

Pendant notre séjour, les travaux de voierie devant l'appartement ont peut-être affecté les canalisations qui rendu l'eau impropre à la consommations. L'eau du robinet devait être bouillie pendant au moins 3 minutes avant son utilisation pour la cuisine. Nous avons dû utiliser l'eau en bouteille pour laver les dents. Ce désagrément de courte durée est indépendant de Nova Appartement. Nous aurions aimé disposer d'un micro-onde pour réchauffer rapidement les plats.

Apartamento super bem localizado e muito confortável. Recomendo.
Pros:

Excelente localização no quarteirão dos museus, com restaurantes, cafés, supermercado e vida local. Muito perto também do Vondelpark.
Apartamento muito confortável e bem equipado.

Cons:

Foi necessário solicitar a limpeza. Np primeiro dia não fizeram porque não tinha pedido.
Não tinha sabonete nem shampoo e eu não estava a contar com isso.

Ask for a High Floor Apartment.
Pros:

The apartment was good and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the easy to use. The location for the Concert Hall and museum was excellent.

Cons:

We were given an apartment in the basement which was dark and not at all like the one shown on the booking I made, The TV remote did not work and there were no USB charge points. Check out was 11.00 am where 12.00 would have been better.

Idealne miejsce na krótszy lub dłuższy wypad - z dala od zgiełku turystów, ale blisko do atrakcji.
Pros:

Idealne miejsce. W bocznej uliczce tuż obok jednej z ulic obok Museuplain (a własciwie na przeciwległym końcu w stosunku do Rijksmuseum). Pokój barzdo czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Zarówno przy przyjeździe zameldowanie, jak i wymeldowanie - bezproblemowe. Blisko do duzego supermarketu, a kawałeczek dalej pieszo - doskonała restauracja "seefood restaurant". Z dworca Amserdam Centraal tramwajem (nr12) - niecałe 20 minut. W budynku jest winda jak ktos nie lubi stromych schodów:)

Pros:

Дистанционно настаняване и освобождаване(даже при забравен в стаята ключ - дистанционно отключване), разположение в старинна централна част (близо до Национален музей, Концертна зала, музей ВанГог), уютно.

Cons:

Едната от стаите е разположена под стълбището, под нивото на улицата с малко прозорче, едната вечер миризмата там беше ужасна (може би канализацията беше компрометирана във връзка с ремонта на улицата). Това изобщо е добре да отпадне от отдаваемите.
