Muy buena, buen servicio y atencion

Good place

Me hospedé dia y medio. Todo bien. Buena atención. Habitación grande y cómoda. Lo que si recomiendo es que asignen a una persona que pueda dar consejos para poder disfrutar la playa, ya que tiene mucho piso pero, hay unas rocas que atenuan el golpe de las olas. Unos 6 niños locales llegaron a los rocas y no paraban de lanzarse una y otra vez contra las olas sin problema y divirtiendose ya que al parecer habia piso, sin embargo alguien que ve y sabe nadar igual no tiene la confianza de hacerlo ya que no conoce esa playa, varios turistas de Chile querian llegar hasta las rocas pero al parecer por temor no lo hacian al igual que nosotros. Deberian asignar a alguien que conozca esa parte de la playa y asi poder guiar a los que saben nadar hasta esa base de piedra y poder disfrutar de las olas.

Very nice location, close to Mancora but with a quiet beach, which we appreciated very much. The room was basic but nice, with a terrace and ocean view. The bathroom was recently renovated, but not completely clean as we found hair in the shower. The pool is not large but was OK for the amount of people using it. One thing that really bothered us was that we requested extra towels and they said they can only give one per passenger, and they didn’t have towels for the pool or beach. I didn’t bring any with me so this was really uncomfortable to manage. Other than that, I would say the staff was friendly and helpful and I would come back for the great location and, of course, bringing my own towels!

Excelente experiencia como sugerencia deberian tener un respaldo en el caso que se corte la energia electrica en el sector casi siempre estuvimos sin servicio

La limpieza de la habitación fue siempre impecable, la atención del personal no era tan buena, era un trato cordial pero para nada preocupado de las cosas que requerían los huéspedes. Tuve una mala experiencia con la comida del hotel, ya que el único día que cenamos ahi, me enfermé del estomago. Al día siguiente solicitamos algo tan básico como un termómetro y no tenían, aunque en su información decían que tenían un botiquín de primeros auxilios. La ubicación es excelente, justo en frente de la playa con una vista maravillosa, muy cerca del pueblo de Mancora, como a 5 minutos en moto taxi como a 30 minutos caminando.
Lo que si, habia problemas con la ducha, ya que la cortina no impedía que el agua se saliera y quedara todo el baño empapado.

No regresaría, pésimo servicio

The hotel is nice and well located, not far from the center and not too close. The view is great and the pool as well. The hotel also has chairs on the beach with a roof, which is a plus, and even though the ocean in that part has several rocks, its good for a splash. The rooms are comfortable, even though they should install air conditioning in them and better curtains as they keep the outside lights on until late and its annoying to sleep. The food in the restaurant is fine, but expensive, as with most of these hotels. The food in the town is better and cheaper (try Cafe del Mundo).
The worst part is the staff. They don't care at all. If there is more than one around is because they are talking among themselves and ignoring every guest unless you directly ask them for something. They never smile and don't engage you, even when serving you food. They are slow in doing everything, even bringing hot water and bread for breakfast, which is a relatively easy process. They dump the plates and silverware on the table and don't care. In the afternoon we saw one of the staff openly sleeping in the bar section.
Bottom line, the hotel is nice if you are willing to put up with staff who ignores you constantly and provides no service at all, just to have a good view and pool/beach.

El hotel es bueno, tiene buena vista, los desayunos son buenos..
Falta realizar actividades o colocar música para que sea más divertido

Staff lacks of basic social skills to treat guests... and I speak perfect spanish.... so I was not a matter of a language barrier. Room was ok.. but Cable did not work... had to call front desk... then internet was off...

Estancia es tranquila los duenos el personal q. Labora excelente instalaciones muy bien lo RECOMIENDO PASE UNOS DIAS GENIALES

Muy bien.

Todo bien, pero los jabones son muy pequeños y se acaban en un día. La comida se demora en preparar como media hora.
