Excellent !!!!
Pros:

First time visiting Cartagena and first time on this hotel. The service in the hotel was excellent. Personal who work there give beautiful service making us feel comfortable. Alex made the diferentes, I well recommend him, always ready to help and always with a such positive attitude and willingness to help and serve. ,

Adoramos nossa estada em Cartagena. o Hotel Casa Del Toro nos surpreendeu positivamente. muito agradável, pequeno, e boas instalacoes. Nos sentimos em casa,. Próximo ao Centro Histórico, podíamos fazer tudo a pé. Atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente.

An example of a great hotel!
Pros:

"First class service" Located on a pedestrian or walking street along gesemani very close to la ciudad murallada. we stayed at casa del toro for 4 days had a wonderful time and we were extremely happy with service and staff specially bruno and alex who were very helpful, courteous and efficient at all time, they always did a lot more than what is usually expected from hotel staff. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, i personally was inlove with the decoration. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely recommend to visitors

Lovely small hotel!
Pros:

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room we had was large, very clean and comfortable. The staff and owner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you want someplace intimate on a residential street with a great staff.
