Pros:

Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

There was a queue for breakfast but that wasn't the staff's fault. Everyone arrived at the same time.

Didn’t have a great stay. Ok was all. Staff very friendly though.
Pros:

Great hotel with a lot to offer.

Cons:

Noisy air conditioner type in the room. Breakfast was poor for 3 of the four days we were there. Breakfast we had was at 7.30am and the bacon was not freshly cooked.

A very comfortable stay with beautiful views and the convenience of close proximity to the town.
Pros:

The location of the property was perfect! Being on the edge of the National Park provides lovely views from the room as well as quiet, serene surroundings. It’s only a short walk into town and there’s a bicycle rental shop on the way. The rooms were fully equipped , spotless and comfortable. There were many small alcoves in the lobby area where you could sit and read a book, converse with friends or enjoy a glass of wine together. Lovely place!

Great for events in the Arena
Pros:

A bit of a wander to find reception from where we had parked but saw the error of our ways and parked nearer and better.
Went to an event in the adjoining Arena so it was nice not to have to drive home afterwards.

Cons:

Service in the main restaurant was rather haphazard in comparison with O'Ds.

A great place to stay especially if attending a show.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal in the Fiadh restaurant. Our balcony room had a fabulous view of the mountains and had plenty of seating to enjoy the view from inside or on the balcony.

Wait over coaches for breafast think as a guest we should be accomodeted as much as. Coaches and we arent a tour but private guests
Also tea pots sitting when i got tea was cold had to get a replcement would like tea pot fresh and hot

Stanza ampia, pulita. Letti molto comodi. Bagno grande e super doccia. Super piscina. Colazione molto buona. Personale molto gentile. Ottima posizione per visitare la zona.

La signorina al check-in (a differenza della sua collega che era stata gentilissima e molto disponibile) è stata scontrosa e indisponente.
