Beautiful Hotel, very clean and comfortable, brilliant facilities, loved the pool it was very clean. Lovely Breakfast. Cant wait to return.

The staff were so friendly and facilities were really great.

Cons:

The bedroom was too warm and the air conditioning was really loud so we had to turn it off. Breakfast was nice although the Irish breakfast could be a little warmer.

Our room felt so small with 2 teenagers and a 7 year old and 2 adults we stayed 3 nights our youngest has autism and if asked before hand for a space full room or suite

Can't wait to get back.
Pros:

The hotel looks fabulous set to a background of the Kerry Mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in one of the restaurants and the food was beautiful. We were there for a show in the INEC and that, also, was well done. I had a Disabled Access room and I have to say it was one of the best I have ever been in, from a wheelchair user point of view.

I liked everything about the hotel.
