Can't wait to get back.
Pros:

The hotel looks fabulous set to a background of the Kerry Mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in one of the restaurants and the food was beautiful. We were there for a show in the INEC and that, also, was well done. I had a Disabled Access room and I have to say it was one of the best I have ever been in, from a wheelchair user point of view.

Cons:

I liked everything about the hotel.

Pros:

Room was clean. Restaurant and bar was nice and staff friendly.

Cons:

The room was very loud. Close to end if corridor and lots of drunk people lingering in corridor.

Breakfast had a queue which was my 1st time in a hotel dealing with that so we left and went to a restaurant. When we returned all parking was gone and had to park away from hotel. Very dissapointed and with young kids was additional walking.

Well the room was so so for the money cud be better , for family room was small space … the pool was so so too cud be more clean and jacuzzi was out of order …

Pros:

Day one: I was told, hash browns were all gone.
Day two: I was told that’s all the beans they had, just a little more than tablespoon.

Cons:

Staff should update the kitchen if an item is running low in quality. At they end of the day we had paid for breakfast, it wasn’t complimentary.
