El lugar es muy bonito, limpio y ordenado

Cons:

El personal de mostrador no era el más cordial para dar la bienvenida, y que para ir al pueblo de mancora se tiene que tomar Mototaxi porque está lejos caminando

Pros:

Siempre es bonito ir al Quema es un hotel super chevere pero que pena que ya nos ea tipo hostel como antes eso limita un poco la oferta entre turistas. Los precios de su full day 120 si es elevado. Hospedarse alli siempre es bonito

Beautiful location, views and ambience during the day.
Pros:

Very easy access, nice views, good breakfast. Nice swimming pool, but it’s more to relax than swim. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

It’s important to advertise that it is a party hotel. There were parties and loud music pretty much everyday until midnight (Sunday) and Friday and Saturday until 4am. You don’t really get the option of not to party as the music is so loud that will wake you up if you’re trying to sleep. Even with earplugs.
For the price you pay, at least one complementary water per person would be a nice gesture.

Mala atención para quienes viajan solos

Cons:

Deficiente atención para quienes viajan solos. Durante mi estadía en Qema me sentí ignorada, ya que tardaban mucho en atenderme, mientras que los grupos y las parejas recibían una atención más rápida y constante. Viajar sola no debería significar recibir un servicio diferente. Espero que puedan mejorar este aspecto y brindar la misma atención a todos sus huéspedes.

No te pierdes de nada.
Pros:

Precios muy altos entiendo que pueda ser por el mismo lugar, pero a 5min desayunos más ricos y variados. Uno esperaría algo rico por el precio que tienen. (no es feo pero precio calidad no concuerda)

Cons:

Tenían como regla usar una pulsera de presión del nombre de su hotel, sacarla no era sencilla, y te decían que "era" obligatoria usarla. Te prohibían casi el ingreso por todo, solo querían que uno consumiera en su hotel.

Hotel moderno y acogedor
Pros:

Las instalaciones y el desayuno son buenos. El personal que atiende en restaurant, bar y piscina súper amables.

Cons:

En las noches se iba el agua y en la mañana siguiente que se comunicó lo tuvieron que solucionar.
