Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room didn't have Wi-Fi firstly but after I asked for help, they set up connection for me :)
The buidling and infrastructure is a bit old.

The view from the terrace was superb. Though the site is far from the city central, you can find some nice restraurants and bakeries within 10 min walk.

Pros:

Owners were very helpful. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony or up on the rooftop terrace. Not too far from the lake / city centre

Pros:

Le couple est parfait, d'une grande gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner local est très bon et copieux.
Par contre, l'hôtel en lui-même est un peu dans son jus, il est resté bloqué dans les années 90.
Pas de bouteille d'eau de bienvenue, rien pour la douche...

Pros:

Gorgeous rooms and beautiful owners. Kumari & Joseph are so accomodating. The bus stops right in front of the path to the hotel, followed by an uphill stretch to reach the summit. So it's an easy & cheaper access to the city by bus. Highly recommended place to stay.

Very dirty and damaged bathroom.

Stink rooms...very bad smell..
Bed sheets not clean.
No hot water,
Bathroom not clean.there was used soap and condoms..
Spiders everywhere...

Next door people can see our room..
No beautiful location or view.

Kandy
Pros:

Kandy has good climate. During night no ACneeded. Helpfull owner which helped us organize tickets for Kandys dance Performance at lower then standard price. Any information needed can be answered by ownera.

Cons:

Sometimes internet gets very slow. The location is some 2.7 km from transport facilities- bus/train station, but there is bus stop for local buses close.
