Pros:

Le style et le confort de la chambre , le cadre typique du restaurant, la propreté, le parking facilement accessible, le plateau de fromage et de viande au petit-déjeuner excellent, d'avoir accepté notre chien

Cons:

Un bruit répétitif qui a duré tard dans la soirée ( les cuisines, une machine a laver ?) La lumière automatique dans la salle de bain, en pleine nuit c'est pas drôle du tout

Globalement déçus malgré un excellent dîner

Hôtel chaleureux , joliment décoré , personnel très accueillant , grande chambre, salle de douche confortable, excellent dîner dans une ambiance très sympa

Cons:

Nous avons été très déçus par la localisation au milieu des immeubles sans aucun espace vert , notre terrasse était vraiment nulle . Les photos sur le site ne reflètent absolument pas cet aspect …. Dommage car la maison en elle même est superbe ! Mais l’environnement immédiat est franchement moche !

Teleurstellend
Cons:

Totaal niet gastvrij. Kwamen rond 19uur aan op doorreis naar Wengen. Restaurant was vol en we werden ronduit onbeschoft te woord gestaan door een medewerker die ook de check in van onze kamers regelde. Na enig aandringen door ons werd de manager er bijgehaald en die bood ons een plek aan achter in het café gedeelte. Kamers ruim, netjes en mooi verzorgd. Wel luidruchtig zo direct boven het restaurant. En er liep een stalen brandtrap voor ons kamerraam die veelvuldig gebruikt werd. Ontbijt is in het weekend pas vanaf 9uur. Wellicht hoort dat bij het "romantische" karakter maar voor ons te laat. Gelukkig zit er in de straat een goede bakker die ook zitplaatsen heeft. Bij het uitchecken werd er vervolgens een fors hogere rekening gepresenteerd. Goed dat Booking vooraf duidelijk een totaalprijs gemaild had want de hotel medewerker bleef volhouden. Na de nodige discussie hebben we dan ook de bevestigde prijs door Booking betaald. Resumerend geen aanrader.
