Pros:

really nice staff, however I found the hotel incredibly outdated. Whilst the room was clean, the city view is not as spectacular as I thought it would be.
the pool is more like a bathtub size.

We highly recommend this hotel in Kandy!
Pros:

Very friendly staff in what is kept like a brand new facility. Big, clean, modern rooms, and an exceptional restaurant on the 7th floor with brilliant meals and great service. Conveniently located within walking distance to the centre of Kandy, with good bakeries nearby. Also helped us access a memorable night out at the Dalada Perahara.
