Bra hotell med sentral beliggenhet
Pros:

Sentral beliggenhet og nærheten til det meste. Hyggelig betjening og rent hotell.

Cons:

Vi hadde rom rett ut til frokost området. Trodde først det ville bli et problem men det ble det ikke. Litt dårlig service i bar området på hotellet men ellers ok.

Excellent stay overall! Would recommend this hotel in Prague!
Pros:

This property is in an excellent location! It was reasonably priced and provided complimentary breakfast. The food was really good too. The staff is very informative and helpful. They also offer a laundry service for a charge, which we were very happy with. I would recommend this place to other travelers & would stay here again!

Cons:

Only negatives were: Graffiti near the hotel was very ugly. Front desk said they could not call a taxi for us the day we were leaving for the airport, despite Uber taking 25-45 minutes to arrive. We also experienced an occasional bad attitude from staff, although this could be a cultural difference (we are from the US).

Tolles Hotel im Zentrum von Prag
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl, viel frisches Obst und abwechslungsreich, am nächsten Tag gab es andere Sachen.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Bad und Zimmer sehr groß. Es hat an nichts gefehlt!

Over rated, not worth the priced and a disappointment
Pros:

Room was nice

Cons:

The staff was barely friendly and not helpful at all. Asked directions and sent on a wildgoose chase of 4 km when place we were asking about was mere minutes from Charles Bridge. We have travelled Europe alot and have always been graced with wonderful, helpful staff. Older lady setting up breakfast was quite rude and rolled her eyes when we asked for something. Hotel transfer driver had a strong smell of achohol on his breath.

Pros:

Fin design! Trevlig och hjälpsam personal med en ganska bra frukost.

Cons:

Korten till dörren fungerade inte alltid och låset fungerade inte alls en dag. Men personalen hjälpte till så gott de kunde.
