n'hésitez pas à réserver; l'hôtel convient pour un court séjour.
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé, hôtel très calme, très propre, chambre spacieuse, sale de bains spacieuse.

Cons:

le petit déjeuner est assez médiocre : ce sont des produits industriels vraiment peu goûteux; pour un 4 étoiles, le choix est assez limité. Le personnel est très froid, peu accueillant.

Had higher expectations but stay was fine just for 2 nights
Pros:

The hotel is located on a quite street so noise from outside was not an issue. The breakfast was nice. The room and bathroom was both spacious.

Cons:

It just didn't live up to the expectations of a 4 star hotel that thousands of Booking.com users have apparently given >9/10. Everything was okay but I didn't arrive or leave thinking, wow, this is a superb 4 star hotel. Superb 3 star hotel, definitely. Very good 4 star, yes.

Very nice, comfortable and central hotel.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and the staff were very friendly and helpful with the baggage on checking out, offering a very good system for leaving our bags after check out.

Cons:

We booked the accommodation at nearly over a year ago and booked non refundable as our flight was also booked and locked in. However, not long after, our flight for the first night was cancelled and we had to book another flight. The only one available was the next day. This was totally out of our control and even though there was at least 6-8 months to go we were refused the refund on our room. We had no intention of cancelling the first night but due to the flight change we had no alternative.
I know we booked the non refundable room, but given the circumstances I think Moods Charles Bridge Hotel could have used it's discretion and as a sign of good will refunded us all or some of the refund.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und groß, die Lage könnte nicht besser sein und das Personal ist durchweg freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte ausgewogener sein, aber das ist natürlich Ansichtssache.

Room was huge. Pillows were perfect. Reception was friendly and gave great recommendations.

Cons:

Even though we still had our towels hanging up (not on the floor) they were still changed for fresh ones every day. Not a problem from a personal perspective, but not very 'green'.

Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und Freunden empfehlen.
Pros:

LAGE: wirklich top. Fussläufig alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Guter und großer Supermarkt ca. 5 Minuten Gehzeit. Bei geöffnetem Fenster nachts grundsätzlich ruhig. AUSSTATTUNG: alles bestens. Einrichtung und Mobiliar gepflegt. Große Zimmer. Sehr bequeme Matratze. Viel Platz in den Schränken. FRÜHSTÜCK: gute Auswahl, mehr Brot als Brötchen, aber dafür zusätzlich Kuchen u.v.m.. Ausreichende Plätze beim Frühstück - auch zu Stoßzeiten.

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck war leider etwas gering - aber das ist bei allem wirklich Positivem - jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es gibt keine wirkliche Lobby mit Sitzmöglichkeit, was aber für uns kein Problem darstellte.
