A very average stay. The hotel seemed like a budget hotel but not a budget price.
Pros:

Staff were perfect, very helpful and polite The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The cooked breakfast was awful. The eggs in the heater were rock hard every morning. The bacon looked boiled.
Limited fruit, no bananas or berries,
The pillows were awful, it seemed to me that they were extremely old but put in new cases.
Towels were not soft.

Location, location :), super large room and bathroom, everything what you need for your visit to Prague.
Pros:

Location is amazing, just couple of minutes from the Charles bridge and close to old town which makes it perfect for exploring, doing shopping and coming back if needed to leave things. Breakfast offer is really good and stuff really nice and helpful.

Cons:

There were no issues worth mentioning.

Soggiorno positivo!
Pros:

La nostra stanza era molto grande, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort incluso il lettino da campeggio per la nostra bimba.
La posizione centralissima, ideale per vistare la città di Praga a piedi.
Abbiamo usufruito del servizio taxi (a pagamento) da e per l'aeroporto che si è rivelato comodissimo avendo una bimba di 7 mesi con noi.

Cons:

Mi aspettavo una colazione migliore.

Pros:

Very central. Staff available 24/7. Could leave luggage at property on departure day. Pretty conservatory for breakfast

Pros:

The breakfast was very good, the room was very spaceous and the staff were very nice. The location was great, walking distance from old town and the charles bridge, and the tram was right outside the door.
This trip was to celebrate my mom's birthday and, even though I didnt tell the hotel, they still left an adorable happy birthday card with a little bottle of proseco and some chocolates. I thought this was super thoughtful, we really liked it!
Adding to that, the hotel also has a bunch of activities you can book with them, like tours and other experiences. We attended the Medieval dinner and it was a great experience.
Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend anyone visiting Prague :)

Ubicación, servicio y trato Genial!!
Pros:

En general todo está muy bien, la ubicación perfecta, el trato de los empleados genial y el desayuno buenísimo y abundante. Yo aprecio mucho la tranquilidad para un buen descanso, sobre todo si vienes de una buenas caminatas y la ciudad presta a estas, por lo que también lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Creo que los colchones podrían estar un poco mejor, con lo que ya sería de 10.

Séjour fantastique en famille dans une ville chargée d’histoire
Pros:

Très bien placé dans la vieille ville historique à 50m du tramway.c’est très calme et literie confortable.petit déjeuner varié et de qualité.

Visite de PRAGUE au top depuis le MOODS CHARLES HOTEL
Pros:

■ Localisation géographique parfaite pour une visite de PRAGUE et ses deux rives à pied (également plusieurs restaurants à 3 mns à pied de l'hôtel)
■ Personnel professionnel et très agréable
■ Petit-déjeuner excellent avec un choix tant pour le salé que le sucré et réapprovisionné régulièrement (possibilité, sur demande, d'avoir 1 box pour votre petit-déjeuner le dernier jour si l'horaire de votre vol retour nécessite que vous partiez avant l'ouverture du petit-déjeuner)
■ Service billetterie pour les activités/spectacles apprécié
■ Service Navette aéroport également apprécié avec un prix fixe

Cons:

■ Le chauffage a été un peu capricieux le 1er soir mais le personnel a été très réactif.
