Pros:

We upgraded to the presidential suite which had beautiful views over the castle and was very spacious. Great hotel location. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

A couple of relatively minor things:
- The room smelled of cigarette smoke upon entering.
- The pillows were excessively large/hard (felt like neck at 90 degree angle) and no alternatives were available.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssten repariert werden. Allerdings jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Cons:

La limpieza muy insuficiente. Solo hacían la cama y cambiaban las toallas. Nunca limpiaron el baño y tuve que pedir en recepción artículos de tocador porque no los suministraban a diario. Para ser calificado como un hotel de 4 estrellas, esto no debería suceder.

Goed, maar met minpunten over hygiëne
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed.vlakbij tramhalte.

Cons:

We zaten op de 5e verdieping,een soort zolderkamer, geen uitzicht en op de badkamer waren dakramen waar veel schimmel op zat, er was niet goed schoongemaakt, lagen nog haren vd vorige gasten.

petit déjeuner trés correct mais salle tout à fait quelconque
