La tranquilidad en cuanto a sonido de la zona nada que decir no hay mucho ruido, me gusto el aseo todo se veía limpio y ordenado, en la terrqza no hay restriccion sin embargo uno entiende que no puede hacer mucho ruido debido a que hay mas gente descansando igual no hubo problema
No me gusto que los controles del televisor estaban averiados poco o nada funcionaban

Las puertas de los cuartos no son seguras, muy pequeñas las habitaciones.
The staff are very friendly and practical even though they don't speak English at all.
Very clean hotel, I had room 404 which was spacious for 1 person, fits two easily. With huge window. The area is actually safe though it might not look so. There is late night pub few meters from the hotel and several restaurants walking distance that stay up to 11 pm or even a bit later.
Though they had a coffee tea facilities in the reception but its only filled like once a day so it gets cold later. Not very usable. Would be great if you provide a kettle for boiling water instead.
The mattress has a very annoying Plastic cover.

La cercanía con el centro de eventos Movistar arena, la comida del cuarto, el servicio que presenta.
Queda algo alejado de algunas estaciones de Transmilenio.
Atención, ubicación, limpieza
El colchón por el uso está deformado y me generó dolor de espalda, el sistema de ventilación del baño es muy malo, ya que se comunica con el cuarto de al lado y se pasan por esta rejilla todos los olores y además la bulla. No es un conducto que vaya al exterior.

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia.
Lo único que no me gustó es que la recepción es muy ruidosa a tempranas horas (5 - 6 am). Gente hablando en voz alta, niños gritando, tv a un alto volumen, música... Sugiero tener más cuidado con ello, aplicando alguna política o algo porque incluso escuche al recepcionistas mandado a hacer silencio.
