Cons:

הזמנו חדר סטנדרטי. מתברר שזה גם חדר מונגש. לא ממש עושה הרגשה טובה! וגם המיטות היו ממש גבוהות ומאד רכות.
שאלתי לפני ההגעה אם הספא פעיל וענו שכן. מתברר שרק בסופי שבוע… אז היה לנו רק יום אחד מתוך ארבעה.

A great hotel in an overlooked but really beautiful small city
Pros:

The location is wonderful, a short walk to the Upper and Lower Squares, and the building itself is a treat for the eyes, as are its neighbours. The room was very large, with copious storage! The breakfast room is very comfortable too, with a good choice of breakfast items although oddly excluding bacon!

Cons:

The room decoration and style is best described as "minimalist"... although everything you need is there and so this is purely a matter of personal taste.

Pros:

This hotel is absolutely perfect for a 2-3 day relaxing getaway. I highly appreciated how quiet the room was. I was thrilled not to hear any noise from the next door, so I was able to get a fantastic night's sleep. My room also faced the quiet side of the building, completely away from cars and traffic noise. The minibar was excellent and well-stocked with a variety of drinks, water, nuts, and chips—just great!

I absolutely loved the spa; it wasn’t crowded, felt very spacious, and featured a wonderful terrace overlooking the city and rooftops. The massage was fantastic. A special thank you to the staff, who were incredibly polite and attentive.

The hotel also provided bathrobes, towels, and slippers, which made the stay maximally comfortable.

The breakfasts were also superb with a great variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the coffee, croissants, omelet, and other snacks in the beautiful restaurant setting. I can't wait to return!

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest improving is the room cleaning—upon check-in, there were some hairs in the shower.
