Celkem jsme byli spokojení.

Pros:

V hotelu jsme strávili pouze 1 sobotní noc. Měli jsme rozlehlý apartmán s terasou. Byl čistý, vybavený novým nábytkem, s dostatkem úložného prostoru, s pohodlnými postelemi. Jeden pokoj byl orientovaný do klidné části, další pokoje do ulice .
Cestovali jsme s třemi malými dětmi, ocenili jsme to, že hotel nám umožnil dřívější check in. Instrukce k příjezdu jsme dostali v dostatečném předstihu. Nevyužili jsme je, recepce byla v plném provozu. Snídaně byla velmi pestrá v nápojích i v nabídce jídla. Vše bylo průběžně doplňováno.

Cons:

V kuchyňce apartmánu bych velmi ocenila mikrovlnnou troubu .

Tenké stěny mezi pokoji. Méně bohatá snídaně. Tuhé polštáře.

Niezwykle sympatyczny kameralny hotel, położony vis-à-vis Łazienek Cesarskich (Císařské lázně), a więc w sercu uzdrowiska. Pokoje są przytulne i dobrze wyposażone, nie należy się obawiać sąsiedztwa ważnej ulicy, bo w ciągu nocy ruchu praktycznie nie ma, a poza tym okna znakomicie tłumią ewentualne hałasy. Łóżka są wygodne, do dyspozycji jest lodówka, czajnik z akcesoriami do przygotowania kawy lub herbaty oraz spory telewizor. Łazienka jest nowoczesna i bardzo wygodna; wszędzie bardzo czysto. Warto też pochwalić obsługę pokoi, która wykonuje swoją pracę nader starannie i skrupulatnie. Szczególne wyróżnienie należy się śniadaniom! Wybór jest bardzo szeroki, a jakość podawanych produktów oraz ich świeżość są na najwyższym poziomie: można zjeść naleśniki, znakomite jajka sądzone, parówki, smażony bekon, rozmaite wędliny, sery, świeże warzywa i owoce; do dyspozycji są różne rodzaje pieczywa oraz świetna kawa w rozmaitych wariantach, a także zimne soki, woda, mleko etc. To wspaniałe miejsce, gdzie można wspaniale wypocząć i zrozumieć, dlaczego Cieplice (Teplice) nazywane były "małym Paryżem". Obiekt bardzo przyjazny psom!
