Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Camera pulita e letti comodi. Struttura ben servita dai mezzi pubblici: fermata tram a due passi che porta direttamente in centro città e metropolitana U4 a 5 minuti di camminata.

Cons:

Doccia scomoda e lavabo che non sgorgava.

Der Preis.

Das ganze Hotel ist sehr alt. Der Gang zu den Zimmern ist richtig ekelig, uralter Teppich, kaputte Sockelleisten, alte Türen. Das Zimmer war renoviert, jedoch bei weitem nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos. Im Bad war immer ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Direkt neben dem Hotel wurde vor kurzem ein Gebäude abgerissen. Hier entsteht aktuell ein großer Baukomplex. Die Bauarbeiten dazu dauern sicher noch 1 Jahr. Bei unserem Aufenthalt begannen um 7 Uhr Früh die Baggerarbeiten. An Schlafen nicht mehr zu denken. Beim Frühstück war ebenfalls der Baustellenlärm sehr laut. Das Frühstück selbst war ok. Aber man musste immer auf neue Tassen warten, Buffet war um 9 Uhr fast leer geräumt, dafür kurz vor Schluss wieder komplett nachgefüllt. Die Teller waren schmutzig. Wir waren froh, dass wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten und genießen die Ruhe lieber zu Hause wieder.

Pros:

Zimmer sind geräumig und zweckmäßig.
Frühstück war ausreichend
Lage war für unsere Zwecke gut
Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend
Direkt daneben ist eine Parkgarage der Uni, in der 24 Stunden aktuell €9,- kosten

Cons:

Im Moment ist eine grosse Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel- hier wurde vor kurzem ein Haus abgerissen. Da wir nicht viel im Hotel waren hat es uns nicht so gestört.
Beim Frühstück gab es leider Schwierigkeiten genügend Tassen für die Kaffeemaschine bereitzustellen. Die Nachfüllung des Buffets erfolgte nur sehr zögerlich

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war mühsam, da kaum Geschirr und nur wenig Platz vorhanden waren. Außerdem wurde ständig nachgelegt, jedoch immer nur in kleinen Mengen.
Das Haus ist alt, aber auf jeden Fall sauber.

Pros:

Room was clean and size of room was big for Vienna standards. Tram stop is literally two minutes away.

Cons:

Tram route is on the same street as the hotel, meaning you can hear it and feel vibrations all day and all night. When I entered the room I found complementary earplugs on the bed. Also, I chose this hotel because it offered the option for double bed. Once however the reservation was made and paid, I was informed the type of bed was subject to availability. Eventually ended up with two adjoining single beds, with two narrow single duvets. This though might be a mistake of Booking and not the hotel's.
