Wir fühlten uns wohl.
Pros:

Der Service war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer sauber, gepflegt und angenehm eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und qualitativ gut. Die Lage war ebenfalls praktisch und ruhig. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir würden wiederkommen.

Cons:

Das Parken ist mit 15€ pro Tag teuer, es waren aber genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Betten waren etwas unbequem, aber das ist immer Geschmackssache und für jeden unterschiedlich.

Herzliche Atmosphäre, ausgezeichnetem Service - wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich hervorragend! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet und bietet eine große Auswahl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die stets freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter. Man merkt sofort, dass es sich um einen Familienbetrieb handelt, in dem mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Die Chefin hat alles im Blick und sorgt dafür, dass sich die Gäste rundum wohlfühlen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Gute Lage - aber renovierungsbedürftig
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sauber. Die Lage in der Nähe des Sees ist top. Man kommt mit dem Bus super hin und kann vor der Tür Fahrräder ausleihen und ein netter Italiener ist auch gleich um die Ecke.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas veraltet. Das Bett eher unbequem. Nachts hat man die Autos von der Straße gehört. Es gibt Rollläden, die sich aber nicht mehr runterfahren lassen. Da müsste einiges renoviert werden.

Bellissimo hotel fronte lago
Pros:

Hotel davvero molto bello di fronte al lago Worthersee e ad un parco molto bello.
Purtroppo ci siamo fermati solo di passaggio mentre andavamo a Vienna quindi abbiamo solo dormito e sfruttato poco i servizi e l'hotel, ma ci tornerò sicuramente per visitare meglio la zona!
La camera era molto bella, grandissima e con tutti i confort, anche un bel terrazzo vista lago.
Colazione molto tranquilla e ben gestita. Ci è piaciuto davvero tanto.

Cons:

L'unico appunto è che in camera e soprattutto in bagno faceva molto molto caldo, e non siamo riusciti a regolare il termostato per abbassare la temperatura, ma niente di grave.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Personalmangel beim Frühstück (schmutziges Geschirr wird nicht abgeräumt)
