This is a very poor Hotel like very similar to a Motel 6 but charging like a Marriott in Central New York?

Hotel was not anywhere near the location your map showed and thus did not serve our needs at all. In fact it was in Ghana although it was supposed to be in Munyonyo. Management knew about this misleading marketing and just laughed at us and did not agree to help us at all. Awful

The hotel was generally ok for the price. However, they listed that they have wifi. Wifi was horrible. Not working in the rooms. So, if you want the use of wifi, I will not recommend this hotel.
Also, I booked this hotel online and paid in full a month before. Upon checking in, I was asked for payment. When I told them that I have paid online, they seemed to have no idea what that means. I had to call hotels.com to explain. After a couple of phone calls, I was told that it is ok. When the time of checking out came, I was leaving the hotel at 4am so that I can catch my flight at 6am. The front desk girl told me that their records show that I have not paid. They refused me to leave because a message was not communicated to them that this booking was paid online. I sat there while waiting while she made phone calls to managers to confirm payments. Almost 45 minutes later, was when someone was able to pick up the call and clear me to go. I almost missed my flight just because of their lack of accountancy. The hotel does not seem to have a computer at the front desk which is odd as it accepts online booking. I could not use my computer to do my work for lack of wifi and to be asked over and over again that I have not paid was kind of boring and just not a good way of doing business.
I spent 3-weeks here. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful at all times. The rooms are not the Taj-Mahal, but nor should such be expected at this price-point. For the price, the beds were good, the bathrooms/rooms were kept clean, and the water was hot.
Breakfast is on time each morning, and is a solid continental as promised. The restaurant has a good variety of foods, and prepares each to any taste request. Try the liver - OMG it is done in a delicious sauce!
