No contaban con WiFi en el bungalow, tuvieron un problema durante toda mi estadia, si pagan con tarjeta te pueden cobrar el 5%, no pude tener boleta de pago por la categoria en la que se encuentran tributariamente, el agua no es potable, por lo que pienso se debe surgerir que los visitantes lleven agua.
We stayed in the Sunrise and the pool and the private pool deck were nice
our toilet wouldn't completely flush from the moment when we arrived on a Wednesday until we left 5 days later on Sunday. We had to do our number 2 in the main breakfast building but when it was locked we didn't have a choice and the maintenance had to come scoop out our droppings. There were other bungalows available they could have moved us into (they were empty our entire stay) but they never offered... Also, the internet did not work in our room from the moment we arrived and they said they "were working on the antenna" and still it never worked in our room during our entire stay. our first night we were greeted by several gecko's who were joined by the termites who have infested the table and 2 chairs. The recommended we go the the breakfast building and use the wifi there... Also he said it would reach our bungalow but it was zero bars and the speed test was 0.17 mbs and nothing would download. I showed this to the manager and he just shrugged. Breakfast is offered only starting at 8:30 am and was 2 eggs, "bread" (hamburger buns) with the jam, water juice and coffee. if you are older than 5 years old be prepared to have a 2nd breakfast somewhere else... We had an early flight and they said there was nothing they could do as far as a to-go breakfast... no chopped fruit, nothing....
El hotel muy bonito y muy bien cuidado. Los chicos que trabajan el hotel son muy amables. Si debo comentar que actualmente la carta del restaurante es muy pequeña, pero nos han indicado que ello se debe a que la cocina es chica, pero que pronto la van a ampliar y con ello tendrán la posibilidad de ampliar la carta.

Recomendado 100% se respira paz y calma, el personal super atento, los tragos muy ricos al igual que la comida, es un ambiente acogedor y las instalaciones muy limpias, de hecho que volveremos.

It was an amazing experience, I'm in love with the environment. Also the new bar/restaurant they have opened is highly recommended. If someone is looking for a vacation, I would suggest La Playa !

No me pude comunicar para avisar de mi hora de llegada. Nadie me abrió y solo pude quedarme una noche. La propiedad es hermosa pero el servicio es pésimo. La hora del checkout es a las 11, a la misma que un hostal. Usualmente los hoteles y bungalows te dejan hasta la 1. Se metieron al bungalow a limpiar a las 11 sin pedir permiso. Tienen que mejorar su servicio de sobremanera.
I have nothing but compliments for this place!!! My husband and I stayed at the bungalow classic with private pool. We got everything as described in the details and photos for this place. The property is a few steps away from a private beach with spectaular views. The service was also great! Aldo took care of all our needs: Motor taxi service when we requested it, food delivery, and grocerys. Special thanks to everyone in la playa property for making our stay a memorable one. We will definately be back!
