Pros:

el personal de la recepción es muy formal, tienen intención de colaborar y dan muy bien la explicación, siempre tienen una sonrisa en la cara, en el arreglo de las habitaciones son muy aseados, todos los días cambian toallas, limpian la habitación y todo el hotel se ve ordenado

el desayuno para nada me gusto, todos los días sirvieron el mismo huevo revuelto, aparte estaba frio, el jugo no se sentía fresco, el caldo no tenia buena pinta parecía agua con papa, es algo en lo que pueden mejorar mucho, para que el hotel sea perfecto

De partida el desayuno era malo, no tenían endulzante, tuve que salir a comprar, además todos los días era huevo con agregado, el aseo no lo hacían todos los días, en la ducha quedó pelo de mi señora 3 días y nunca lo sacaron.

Subpar experience, you pay for the location
Pros:

The location, it was close to the beach and the pool was alright. Also, it had a grocery store less than a block away.

Cons:

We booked two rooms, one for 4 people and one for two. The first member of the staff when we arrived was extremely rude when explaining the taxes on the stay. The breakfast was consistently bad. The AC in one of the rooms was subpar. The elevator took forever as it was one single elevator for the whole hotel, and it was packed. One of the bathrooms (in the superior room 502) had a dead trap of a bathtub with extremely tall sides that required you to enter it by sitting on the side. We requested a change of rooms and they couldn't accommodate it initially and gave us some construction stool which made it even more dangerous as it was very slippery when wet. This made it so we had to share one shower amongst 6 people in the other room we had booked. Eventually, we got a change of rooms, which was a small downgrade, but that was fine. The noise isolation was bad, and since the hotel is located near one of the main roads, the noise from party buses and regular traffic was quite noticeable. The bathrooms don't have hot water, which was not a huge deal since Santa Marta is quite warm, and the "cold" water is not that cold, but it could be a deal breaker for some people. Additionally, the hotel partners with a touring agency, and you get hassled by the touring agency inside the hotel lobby, which is extremely annoying. They went so far as to share my phone number with the touring agency without my consent, and they cold called me to offer me tour packages.
