Great place to stay in Olomouc!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, the location was excellent and the amenities and room was a great value.

Cons:

We unfortunately didn't get to try the breakfast as we had an earlier train. I wish they started breakfast a bit earlier, but 7am is pretty early already.

Celkově velká spokojenost,určitě se vrátím,jak budu mít opět cestu.
Pros:

Lokalita je výborná,vlastně jste hned ve středu města.Snidaně byla velmi pestrá,každý si mohl vybrat podle své chuti.Personál byl velice milý.

Cons:

Zatím mě nic nenapadá,co by se mi nelíbylo.Byla jsem spokojená.

Pros:

V tomto hotelu se ubytováváme pravidelně jednou ročně. Od minulého pobytu kladně hodnotím zlepšení snídaňového bufetu nejen s ohledem na vlastní nabídku, ale i způsob "servírování".

Pros:

Veľmi ochotný a prívetivý personál, všade čisto, izba priestranná, hoci sme mali aj prísteľku. Poloha je skvelá, priamo v centre, treba však počítať s tým, že večer/v noci počuť hluk z dopravy. Ocenili sme jednorázové štuple do uší, ktoré hotel poskytuje zadarmo 🙂 Raňajky výborné, všetkého dostatok.

Hezký hotel, hezké čisté pokoje, dobré postele, čisto,výborný personál, dobrá snídaně.

Cons:

Velmi hlučný pokoj, umístění pokoje na frekventovanou křižovatku, nesmírný hluk do pozdních nočních hodin a brzy ráno,
i přes zavřená okna, ale to zase zamezilo větrání-horko a špatný vzduch v pokoji. Byla jsem zde před několika lety, měla jsem pokoj orientován do dvora a tehdy velká pohoda a spokojenost,, proto jsem zvolila hotel znovu. Nečekala jsem, že mohu mít ubytování tak špatné. Po jednání s velmi milou a ochotnou paní recepční nám byl vyměněn pokoj za méně hlučný, sice také hlučný, ale méně. Za to opět děkuji. Takže pokud umístění pokoje do ulice s dopravou a pokud klient žádá klidné ubytování, přes vše ostatní pozitivní hotel nedoporučuji.

Все идеально! Девушка на ресепшене которая работала в ночь с 1 на 2 мая 2026 года, к сожалению не спросил имени, очень внимательная, чувственная, отзывчивая.

Cons:

В душевой горячая вода подается с перебоями и можно обжечься. Это большой минус и очень опасно!

es waren drei schöne Tage

Besonders zu erwähnen sind die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitenden an der Reception.
Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Da ich jeweils gerne aus dem Fenster die Umgebung anschaue habe ich es hier speziell genossen: eine lebhafte Strassenkreuzung, Tramstation und schöne Häuser.
Frühstück gut, Zimmer sauber und direkt an der Fussgängerzone.
