Pros:

There was a restaurant below where food was easily available.

Cons:

The buffer breakfast spread could have included some healthy choices of food besides the idli. The sambar was too sweet; and the chutneys were spicy.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Stay was comfortable and with a little improvement in tge facilities the hotel can do wonders.

Cons:

The staff could be more approachable. Newspaper in the morning. Better TV channels for viewing. Room service can be introduced at a cost.

Tasty Indian breakfast, spacious clean room, great location facing Lalbagh gardens, elevator to reach multiple floors.
Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty vegetarian menu in restaurant just before you enter hotel lobby, serving all day long.

Cons:

Wish there were safety handles and grippy flooring in bathroom for senior citizens.
Private vehicle parking space limited to street.

Very bad experience
Pros:

Booking done with Breakfast...but they are not provided the breakfast at 7.30 am...They were telling breakfast time starts after 8am only.Very bad attitude from the front desk.
