Ruido de las cámaras frigoríficas, bañera atascada.
Pros:

La cama era cómoda. La ubicación a 15 minutos de Santander.

Cons:

Ruido en la habitación 102 por las cámaras frigoríficas del restaurante situadas justo debajo, en la planta baja. Me costó dormir.

La bañera se empezó al usar la ducha, atasco del desagüe.

Beautiful building. Ample parking. Very handy for the ferry. Lovely rooms and beds.

Cons:

Restaurant was closed. We chose this hotel especially because of the restaurant!
Breakfast was adequate but nobody was available to answer queries.

Escapada a cabarceno
Pros:

A mi familia y a mí nos encanto,tanto la ubicación la limpieza y el trato con el personal.
En especial las 3 chicas de la recepción Ana,Elena y Vanesa a las que les tengo que agradecer su cercania y simpatia que tuvieron con nosotros y en especial con mi hijo Iker. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento.

Definately more than expected for the price
Pros:

Very special building and we stayed in a junior suite and it was a very good size. Converted roof space was done very tastefully and the restaurant was exquisite. Good food / excellent

Cons:

Sadly no kettle and/ or tea and coffee in the room.

Increíble! El mejor lugar para alojarte
Pros:

Este hotel nos ha robado el corazón. No solo por su encanto si no por el personal..han sido sumamente amables, atentas, cuidadosas…desde la persona de recepción hasta la camarera de habitaciones que no han podido ser más simpáticas…todo muy bien cuidado, el desayuno excelente y la limpieza excepcional. Aunque este un poquito apartado de Santander vale totalmente la pena porque en 5 minutos en coche ya estás.

Cons:

No podría decir nada que no me haya gustado. Todo ha sido perfecto.
