Ein sehr gutes Hotel an toller Lage mit äusserst freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

- Das Frühstuck sowie das Buffet am Abend war sehr gut
- Freundlichkeit des Personals
- Es war immer Wasser auf dem Zimmer

Cons:

- Das Badezimmer war etwas klein
- Das oberste Stockwerk hatte nur ein kleines Fenster mit mühsamen Jalousinen

Nice hotel but not a reliable publicity for the rooms

Staff do not know English !!!!
We reserved via booking. In the pictures you clearly see a balcony in the room. We got a room without a balcony. They asked for an extra charge for this. Even when we showed the pictures in booking. Not a reliable publicity. Disapointing !!!

Excellent stay at Olympic Palace
Pros:

Excellent stay!
We felt welcomed and well cared for from the moment we walked into the resort. The staff was attentive and friendly, the suites were spacious and beautifully appointed, and the food was excellent. Service throughout our stay was outstanding.
The resort is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully updated.
Thank you for taking such great care of us and making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.

Extrem freundliches Personal. Lage sehr gut. Zimmer sehr schön.

Cons:

Frühstück durchschnittlich, da ist Luft nach oben. Keine Parkplätze vor dem Hotel.

Das freundliche Personal, die schöne Ausstattung.

Cons:

Für die Größe des Hotels ist der Pool recht klein. Die Massageräume könnten gemütlicher eingerichtet sein, es wirkt recht steril. Aber es war sauber und die Massage war sehr gut.
