Whenever we are in Edmonton, this is the place we stay.
Pros:

Modern and good location. Comfortable bedrooms with good climate control.

Cons:

The breakfast area was a bit messy and I had noise neighbours until late at night. Also I had some difficult in understanding the accent of the front desk.

Great hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Facilities were clean and reasonably well maintained. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The breakfast had a large variety and was constantly replenished. Tte location was good.

I booked our room through booking.com but when we arrived to check in, we were informed that the glass shower door was shattered on one door so we spent an hour in their lobby, scrambling to secure another hotel when there were 2 events going on in the city. We drove 8 hrs and the least they could've done was call us immediately and help to secure another room or offer a discount for a larger room. This inconvenient delay made us late for our supper plans with other family members.
