Quiet, Clean, Comfy room. Only complaint is breakfast, when you have so many people, you need a better set up. It took at least 15 min to get to the plates and start dishing out. You should have dishes and cutlery at or before the entrance. And you should have food set up on an island so it can be dished out on both sides. Your breakfast room is set up like a small hotel not a big, busy one. It doesn't flow.
Love the hyatt, I have always left good reviews.
My wife turned down the sheets and they clearly had not been changed from the last guests. Told staff. My wife left the hotel to stay with friends. Staff promised to cull us next day and sort it out. No calls.

Due to recent medical care we had to select a room with a walk in shower this time.
Our room turned out to be the accessible room at the end of the hallway furthest from the elevator….Interesting .
On the shower area floor water spills / sprays a good portion the the floor that require careful footing when walking and more work for staff
The bed was lower that usual beds and difficult for a person with mobility problems
At check out, I asked about a standalone bed height and different room configurations/ possibilities for a well in ( not tub style) walk in shower.
Very nice place, great service and great location. The staff was polite and professional. Great ppace for short stay. I will definitely recommend anyone.

Aunque el desayuno está bien, hay un poco de desorden al agolparse muchos huéspedes a las mismas horas en un espacio que no es suficiente.

I checked out a day early since the conference ended and i needed to get back to my busy office, but was still charged.
