Everything set up good and comfortable
The neighbours is too much noises
Location is great, easy to get to. An abundance of parking that isn’t cramped at all. Cannot hear any loud traffic going by which is great! The staff were so friendly and informative as well. Amazing hotel. Would definitely pick this one again in a heart beat.
Great location in the westside of Edmonton. Lots of eating out options nearby. Free parking. Room was clean and comfortable
Staff and location
The stay was not comfortable. The linens were dirty, and the rooms have very poor soundproofing. You can hear almost everything from other guests, even small noises like footsteps and water dripping.
Breakfast was great, staff were all wonderful and the location was perfect for our extwnded weekend vacation.
Just wish the air conditioning went a little cooler

The location was great. I know there’s a lot of hotels on that strip so you have lots to choose from. The staff was exceptional.
I know it’s a free breakfast so you don’t really expect much but just don’t eat the scrambled eggs…. lol they are kind of weird, but the rest of the stuff was good. I really can’t complain about the hotel is the second time we’ve stayed there and I would probably stay there again
The breakfast was excellent, simply delicious! The room was clean! The place was quiet, the staff was nice! The best place to stay for families with kids!
I would include some vegan options in the breakfast menu or allergy free food. It can be something simple like avocado toast, hummus, margarine.
Atmosphere
The staff was great and the room was a perfect size for a family of three. The pool area was also good and the breakfast buffet was nice.
Our shower curtain. Ew. Like bleach is a thing people! Also, the sectional on our bedroom had a very large stain! For close to $300 a night that's not okay.
