Very nice clean rooms
The pet fee was $100 for the night whether you chose to stay 1 night or 6. Crazy since the room we had gotten had pee stains on the carpet already
The place is clean and accommodations are comfortable. The staff are kind, courteous & approachable. The free breakfast is warm & eating area is bright & clean. The price is just right for our grown family. We will come back here again!
Long lines for the free breakfast. Lack of other nearby food places. Hotel is located in a one way street; we have to go around the trafficked block to come back.

Tv cable didn't work
I was extremely uncomfortable with how I was treated. Although no one directly said I was “poor” or that my credit card wasn't welcome, the comments and behaviour made me feel judged and singled out. Being told that previous guests with the same type of card had damaged rooms felt inappropriate and unfair, as I should not be associated with someone else's actions.
The experience left me feeling racially profiled and stereotyped, and when I tried to express my concerns, I felt dismissed and gaslighted rather than heard. Guests deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their race, background, or payment method.

Our stay was incredible ! Rooms were clean and cozy . Staff was so friendly at the front desk, housecleaners and at the bar.
Just the one bed was seemed like it was worn down on one end. I forgot to mention this at check out. The bed further away from the window. It was still comfy sleeping on the other side of the bed .
Good breakfast. Friendly staff and close to WEM. We extended our stay.
2 of our bikes were stolen from the parking lot.

I thought the breakfast was very poor compared to other hotels of similar status. The sausages looked bad, I didn't see baked beans, the bacon looked terrible.
I found the staff very courteous and polite.
They need to look at other hotels to see different perspective.

We stayed in room 223 for two nights, the king bed was too hard. I woke up feeling sore.
