Great stay but noisy neighbors (not hotels fault)
Pros:

Breakfast was great and staff were friendly and helpful beds are comfortable.

Cons:

I know it’s not the hotels fault but we stayed in the 724 and the family in the room next door was so so so loud with their screaming children and banging on the walls. We felt bad complaining and were scared of the repercussions but it was really bad we barely slept.

Pros:

The room size an amenities were as expected. The rooms and hotel in general was very clean. I am picky when it comes to cleanliness and I have no complaints. Very happy. Breakfast was fresh, a decent variety and the coffee was good. There was even enough coffee in the room for the additional people in the booking which I was happy about. Pool and gym were quiet and well kept at the time we went. Very relaxing. Overall atmosphere was great. Hats off to the staff for a memorable stay. I don't always have this positive a stay at other hotels but this one made my trip exceptional. We will be back. Thank you all!

***One thing I need to mention is that we arrived a little earlier than expected. I was worried checking in early would be an issue and THERE WAS NO ISSUE checking in earlier. In fact it was met with a smile. This allowed us to empty the car and prepare for the evening.*** Thanks again!!!

enjoyable in the swimming pool and hot tub. Great idea for a family
Pros:

liked 2 queen beds and the pull out sofa bed. but the pull out mattress was thin so you could feel the springs. I suggest adding on a topper for the thin matress

Cons:

Front of the bath tub had mold where the wall met the tub.
