Pros:

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Could not get hold of anyone to register guests. The clothes washer was not working. The was. Omar conditioner in living are or kitchen. No hand towels or blankets. I left after a few hours and booked and different hotel. Would give zero stars if possible.

Pool was dirty after 2 days. The jacuzzi was not hot and was not being cleaned properly which leaves bacteria. There is no way to get into your room if lock doesn’t work. People at property do not have keys. This is a very dangerous practice during an emergency. My electronic door key was low ok battery so I couldn’t get into my room. We had to wait for almost an hour for a guy to drive to the place and let us in after I repeatedly told them the battery on door was low. The neighbor around the property is dark and dangerous. There were a number of young people doing drugs near the hotel. This is about 30 away from Rodadero (walking). I DO NOT recommend for many reasons.

Pros:

The building is ok, clean, friendly staff, safe.
There is a river behind the building bringing all muddy and dirty water to the beach, so we need to walk 300 or more meters to find better water. We knew about the problem in the pool, but there were not others options. Pigeons are flying balcony to balcony letting all the typical smell , really not nice.

Pros:

The property is very nice. But the apartment does not offer comfortable beds, good sheets towels and blankets. No hot water and no AC in the living room which makes the afternoons impossible to stay there. No reservations available for any pool or jacuzzi. Only the kids pool available.

Pros:

ホテル名がビスタスアルマールではなく、写真の1枚目の名前でした。
住所に言ってもホテルがなく焦りましたが、このホテルに予約出来ててよかった。
ホテルズドットコムで決済後、別途料金を請求されました。
備品の使用料とかだったような。
お部屋は綺麗です。
2泊でしたが清掃はありません。
ホテルのプールもレストランもいいです。
近くに繁華街もあって、買い物も出来ます。
プライベートビーチもあって海も綺麗でした。

An Oasis......
Pros:

I travel a LOT internationally and whenever I go to countries where I assume the amenities will be hit or miss, I take the "just roll with it" approach. What a pleasant surprise this place was! First class. From check in to the accommodation and amenities itself I was super impressed. This is place is worth every cent and belies its surroundings. My only two gripes - it is not in the nicest area and is a 20mins walk from the main shopping mall. It is a 10min walk to the supermarket. The bedrooms albeit very nice and very well airconditioned are fitted with poor quality mattresses. They are hard.

All in all though, I would pay to stay to here again and for anyone looking for the oasis in town, this is it and its worth price.

La estancia fue muy agradable dentro del apto, muy comodo acogedor, excelente vista al mar,
la cual sugiero requerir como requisito, solicitamos toallas extras y fueron entregadas. el trato del personal excelente. la ubicacion exclusiva.

lo malo: no hay tiendas express, supermercados o sitios para hacer compras de viveres cerca o para consumir alimentos. se debe tomar taxi USD 2, para trasladarse hacia la playa popular o centro del rodadero, y que lamentablemente sigue en construccion y esto no hace comodo el uso de la playa.
PERO LO PEOR es el cobro adicional que hacen de 20.000 COP (usd3) POR PERSONA al momento d e ingresar, adicional a impuestos y al aseo, que pienso debería ser mas cómodo si este servicio lo prestara el mismo edificio de apartamentos, o por lo menos debería hacer claridad del pago que se debe realizar en el check in. la piscina agradable, el bbq, muy bonitas las instalaciones, pero no existe absolutamente un parasol, ni nada en absoluto que permita hacer sombra para guardarse del sol. es horrible no se puede usar durante el día asoleado.

Pros:

The shower runs out of hot water after about fifteen seconds. No extra towels provided, had to ask for them then only given two extras for three persons and he quality was very poor. The place was not that clean and furniture had damage. Advertised with laundry facilities, there were none. The ocean view and landscape shown in ad are totally false, the area around the building is dirty, full of trash and no beach amenities provided. Extremely disappointed !!!
