Not very happy with my experience
Pros:

We went for the cheer Nationals my 1st room had stuff all over the bed covers,Pillowcases,sheets the next room tv wasn't working the hairdryer was broken we never saw any cleaning carts from Friday to Monday

Would have been a 10 with some improvements
Pros:

The view and balcony was absolutely amazing. The size was great. Other than that it could have been better. It was a suite but no utensils for kitchen, no napkins, coffe but no cups, sugar, creamer. Neighbors had multiple trash bags with old food and dirty diapers entire stay in halway.

The worse hotel

Did not get room service
No ice on the 17th floor had to go down to lower floors to get ice
No water machine or soda machine
Horrible hospitality it was so bad i checked out earlier than expected

My beach front wrap around balcony was beautiful 🤩

Cons:

No screens in ocean front sliding doors it would be wonderful to had let the room have air from the ocean front

Outdated and unpleasant stay.

The place has nice staff. That’s about it.

Cons:

Everything is out dated. We were staying in a suite. And it’s all old. Tv was 25+ years old. The glass counter tops were cracked and looked old…. Kids running freely up and down the halls. Jumping screaming. Called security and they never took care of the problem. The kids even began ringing the doorbell and running away. The same kids were running all through the lobby and other parts of the hotel with no parents. We won’t be returning. The water park was also over ran by kids with no parents. Lazy river splashing and flipping each other and constantly swearing 11 year olds.
