It’s the most horrible hotel I ever stayed in 35 years
Pros:

I did not like anything, the children where running up and down the hallway, it’s was 1am I had to go downstairs to complain and they said it’s a girl for children, I said yes but you have to make sure people sleep. It was my worst experience in a hotel, smoking marijuana and it was the most unsupervised hotel I ever had stayed in 35 years horrible will never recommend this place ever again!!!

Very basic facilities
Pros:

The location and the water park

Cons:

Our rooms don't have a coffee machine or microwave. The bed is a mattress sitting on top of a metal frame, which would make a noise every time you turn. We stayed there for two nights. No housekeeping after the first night. Food options are limited.

size of room, cleanness of room, however its seems like they need to update mattress. thy were to soft

Cons:

stayed in room 802 and someone left a dog in room 813, that BARKED for hours the night before we were leaving early the next morning. I think I should be reimbursed for that night.

They need to renovate the New Orleans size
Pros:

I like that the property is close to the waterpark and It has the game room.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the New Orleans side is very old style. The sockets are very loose. The lighting is very dark. The room was missing a lot of things I had to call housekeeping for another iron because the one I was in the room didn’t work and For wash clothes and towels. The bathroom floor needed to be sweat and it just smell like cigarettes smoke. The carpet needs to be washed. I just had a horrible experience on the New Orleans side. Also for two days straight, it was only one elevator working on the New Orleans side, so one out of four elevators was working that was Crazy.

We won’t stay there again seems like it’s going down hill

We had flying bugs in room and hallway carpet was stained and smelled and we had no soap in room also asked where pool was and was told we get a discount for 29.00 dollars a piece to sit in water park that’s conneceted No fermented pool for guest
