The Stay was Ok! The beds were too low but other then that the Stay was nice!

Won’t be coming back here
Cons:

I was under the impression that I would be able to enjoy all amenities such as the water park. Aside from that no vending machines work or they are giving hot sodas out. There isn’t a poool and everything that is open closes at like 10 even on the weekend

They don’t limit the amount of people allowed into the water park and it was so overcrowded that it wasn’t enjoyable for the kids. They also closed the only pool that the kids could go into because teenagers started fighting in the pool. The women’s room in the water park was in a horrible location where the lockers are.

Pros:

Worst experience ever. Dirty Dirty Dirty housekeeping doesn't exist. Stayed 3.5 days room never cleaned once called for clean towels told housekeeping was off. Hallway smelled musty and moldy trash kept piling up in hall daily. Was even poop on the floor was there for 3 days. Mice running around the restaurant. How do have casino in the name and dont have one? None of the vending machines worked properly. No pool and the advertised waterpark wasn't open until the weekend. The only thing not run down and Dirty was the arcade which was posted it was open till 11pm but they closed early most nights we were there.

The room was dirty and dusty. We asked to change the room because of the kids, but they told us no at first. They said they had renovated rooms; come back tomorrow. The next day we went there, and they said they didn't have them. We had to ask for our own sheets, and we also changed our own sheets, the fridge wasn't working the first and last time wrost experience.

I actually like this hotel however they are getting a 1 star review for a few reasons . I tried calling several times to get toilet tissue to my room and no one answers the phone I was there for two nights and my room was never cleaned and no one knocked to replace anything. "So bring your own toilet tissue" the other main reason they are getting 1 star review is because "Ebony" if that's her name from the restaurant ACE she and the other girl at the register would be the reason
I never go back there, they were talking about me and my family in Spanish not know I was on the phone with a Spanish speaking friend that told me they are speaking really bad about us. I ordered 3 slices of cheese pizza "for $21 dollars" she told me cheese was sold out I turned to leave when my husband pointed out we can order a pie I turned back and asked can I just order a pie she went to the back and came back and said yes with a horrible attitude she then punched it into the computer and the total ended up beknh $22, $1 more dollar for 8 slices instead of 3 I then said to her why didn't you just offer that to me and she simply said "you didn't ask" so disappointed that's not how you run a business. HOWEVER there were 3 people that were extremely pleasant a Hispanic women in the restaurant right across "chefs kiss" a young light skin man that does the cleaning "super sweet" and this security guard a black
Women that had something tied on her head OMG if my family comes back it will be because of her. She was such a breath of fresh air and was so kind to me and my family.
