1 Lo que no nos gustó fue que nos puesieron un ticket por parqueo lamentablemente no nos percatamos que teníamos que escanear la forma de pago por teléfono por qué mi teléfono se quedó sin batería por un monto de 89 dólares Tube que irme al hasta el hard rock y dejar mi carro en ese parqueo,
2 Y la calefacción dentro del cuarto no funcionaba mis hijos en la noche tenían frío Les llamar para que solucionen eso y nunca llegaron a solucionar nada
3 tu mueble estaba demasiado sucio tiene que hacerle un lavado a ese mueble si gusta puedes ir a chequearlo estuve en la Abitacion 1574

Cons:

Rooms need work. We had a major leak during the rain. Called desk. No one came to check. Rooms were clean…just need repairs/updates. Elevators were slow and some broken.

I rented a balcony suite for my wedding weekend. The balcony flooded, then the bedroom started to flood. They weren't able to get me a new balcony suite so I was downgraded to a regular room.

Worse experience I ever had at a family resort ever. Will never recommend a place that had so much potential

A lot of family activities for myself and my children

Cons:

I felt mislead from advertising, the water park wasn’t big as we thought it would be, the rooms, hallways, and elevators are old and out of date, beds were half cleaned before we arrived, so many nasty stains on the carpets, we were supposed to be in a non smoking area but the hallways smelled of all smoke. Elevators were filthy and disgusting, Staff act like they just didn’t want to assist or answer basic questions without attitudes, it was at least 3 employees that made me furious to the point we will not ever spend another cent in the resort it need to shut down or be restored by more responsible owners and employees. Truly disappointed!

Déçu de notre expérience

Grand espace de jeu pour les enfants.

Cons:

Personnel froid, sauf une personne du parc aquatique. Nous avons également eu un problème sur la demande concernant le parc aquatique. Nous avons demandé un remboursement qui prendra jusqu'à 4 semaines. Le nettoyage de la chambre laisse à désirer. Nous avons retrouver une peluche sous le lit ainsi que des boucles d'oreille qui nous appartenait pas, et des touffes de cheveux dans le lit à notre arrivé ! La chambre n'a également pas été fait même si on restait deux jours. Télévision défectueuse (pas très important) certains matériel pour les enfants cassé. Parking difficile à payer. Une bête était dans notre chambre.

No hot water the hot tub wouldn’t work the front desk night crew and manager was very rude would not switch or refund me my room mind you I had the most expensive suite over $400 for my room and valet said a racial slur about my husband while I was stand there because they didn’t know we was together because I’m white and he is African American

Should Be Called Tug Boat Not Showboat!!

Cons:

Rundown hotel. Stained carpets. Most shops and restaurants are closed. Peeling wallpaper. Horrible beds. Over 30 minutes just to check-in. No soap in bathroom. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were half-empty and obviously previously used. Two lousy towels. Sheets like sandpaper. Booking.com should drop this hotel from their listings. 4 stars is a joke. Should have been ONE star. I'm not even sure I'll use Booking.com for future reservations. Horrible!!!
