Nothing really went for the water park and it was closed

Cons:

First thing the elevators weren’t working so we walked down 3 flights of stairs. Only one person at the reception desk and had to wait almost a hour for a room and the ice machine was broken on multiple floors

The Hotel was amazing, great experience at the island waterpark and all the fun games for kids and adults, the room was clean and organized, the staff was very helpfull and friendly. Hopping to go back next summer 😎
