Pros:

Very low quality service, Dirty room there were random pills under the table. Throught the hotel multiple people laying and sleeping on floors. The waterpark was nice, fun and all of the employees were friendly but the ones we did interact with spoke only limited English. Shady people everywhere, the atmosphere always felt like a mob or a fight was about to break out. Will never stay here again.

Check in at 17:00 pm and the room was not ready... some People receive their room only at 10pm....

Very disappointed with our visit. Not worth the money. Will not be staying here again.
Pros:

The best part of this property is the location. I stayed here two years ago. The room was perfect for what we needed, and at that time for the price. The arcade, and other activities are great if you have kids.

Cons:

Our room had garbage in the bathroom wastebasket, a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod, crumbs in the platform bed frames, no tv remote. I think they’re in the process of remodeling, but the walls were white with no pictures, shades, but no curtains.

Only one elevator, partial roll of toilet paper, only two sets of towels it was four of us. Beds were uncomfortable pillows were worn one a piece for each of us. Carpets were filthy and stained housekeeper never checked in no Card to put on the door no pool no coffee in the room no microwave in the room really needs updated and some attention. The room had a smell that was stuffy. The air was not on we had to let it air out and put the AC on. We had to find a housekeeper to give us extra towels so that we each have our own towel and a roll of toilet paper. I forgot something in my room. The housekeeper would not let me back in but right after I left, she made sure she ran in there and grabbed my tip and I had to go the whole way down 15 floors to get another key when I came back it was gone, but she said she couldn’t go in my room very unfriendly very unhappy all elevators were broken except for one all ice machines were down we had to find a different floor number 14 had ice 15 and 16. We’re broken down.

Horrible
Cons:

Rooms wasn’t clean. No iron or trash bags. Dogs running around barking on top of me. Loud music being played. Gave me the wrong room and had to switch. I could go on and on

This was a horrible experience.
Pros:

I like the location and the amenities.

Cons:

I did not like that I did not get the room I paid for. They put me in a dirty room. When I complained about the dirty room they put me in another room that did not accommodate everyone with me and the room smelled of marijuana.

I honestly don’t know.
Pros:

Honestly, I thought this place was going to be great. It started off before the trip even started. I tried calling to have a playpen added to my room upon arrival. Since they said they are very limited and didnt even get to reach them over the phone tried more than 30 times to reach them. I had to email them, when we arrived to hotel they had only 2 people working while it was check in time. How is that possible… waited on line for more than 40 mins. When arrived to the room, playpen wasn’t added to the room, so I tried calling through their phone. Got nobody for the entire 4 hours. Gave them benefit of though since it was check in time. Tried after 8pm and still couldn’t get in hold with anyone.whatever, the bathroom now, The toilet paper had maybe 2 little rolls left in them. Finished that within maybe 2 pee sessions. Tried getting room service or the front end. Nothing as well. The room were not guest ready. The noise levels, there was a family making noises at 4 am, playing soccer. Running in the hallways. I called front end, didn’t get anyone. The rooms were dirty and mattress are very uncomfortable
