The staff was not very welcoming. Most staff were rude and did not help with hotel issues.
Ice machine were out of order on almost every floor. Broken vending machine’s but you still get charged even though all items in vending machine’s were out of stock. Impossible to contact room service or guest services. I will not be returning to this establishment or be recommending to anyone.

The stay was good overall, but do not expect anything over the top.
Pros:

Location. Price. Lots of activities available. Convenience.

Cons:

Half of the elevators are broken or are questionable. Some staff were ignorant to customers. Room had no hairdryer. New tissues were not given upon arrival. Pets are allowed so expect possible barking throughout the day. Pool was not open during prime summer season for unknown reasons. Our rooms balcony door was jammed and nearly broke. Furniture needs some updating, some nearly broke in half if too many items are sat on it. Needs some lights in some places, some parts of our room were dark. Cigarette butts on the balcony.
