如果對於五星飯店的要求很高的，隔音部份真的會挺失望的
Pros:

飯店服務人員專業友善，服務很好也很迅速解決問題。
飯店外就是捷運站出入口，交通上非常便利。
room service餐點挺好吃的。

Cons:

意料之外的隔音超不好，時常能聽到別的房間發出來的椅子拖曳聲，東西掉落或撞到家具的聲音，連腳步聲都很明顯。
廁所門頗重，所以五金維護上有點疏漏，開關有大聲的異音。
廁所燈光略顯不足，尤以梳妝台區，對於有化粧需求的人挺不便的。

本來過年想帶毛了孩回南部想訂這裡，想說趁這次下來處理事情先住看看，房間時不時聽到附近房腳步聲很大聲，時不時就有椅子拖曳發出的噪音。第一次在五星飯店遇到隔音如此差的，真的很失望。
房內是木地板，椅子頗重，建議在椅腳做一下降噪處理。
浴室梳妝檯面燈源不足，對於有化粧需求者極其不便。

浴室的設計，但因為浴室大，房間比較小。
原先線上訂房有問題不是寵物房，但房務人員及時處理好問題，這部分值得讚許。

Cons:

寵物房訂房連續兩晚，為何寵物的罐頭飼料沒有再補？其他的備品都有補，就只有寵物飼料（上面明明貼的是贈品）沒有補？請問寵物房的價錢貴在哪？

Cool room, amazing staff, awesome location. We loved the bathroom and full rain shower!! Breakfast was amazing.
