Staff were very helpful and nice.

Cons:

No options of storing luggage for a couple of hours after checkout. Paid good money for room so the luggage part was really disappointing.

The location is convenient, and the staff are very friendly and willing to answer questions patiently. Their attitude is excellent

Cons:

The towel was too dirty and had not been cleaned thoroughly. I found hair from the previous guest. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bedding needs improvement.

Très bonne localisation, petit mais bien aménagé
Pros:

La localisation près de la gare centrale, des quartiers à visiter et des commerces, et pourtant dans une rue calme. Petit espace mais bien aménagé, chambre et salle de bain récemment rénovées.

Cons:

Le bâtiment ancien n'offre pas une bonne insonorisation et selon le respect et les habitudes des autres hôtes... vous les entendiez. Les escaliers raides (nous savions que c'était un bâtiment sans ancenceur): nous étions contentes de voyager avec sac à dos (des trolleys ne seraient pas confortables). À notre arrivée les serviettes n'étaient pas toutes propres mais le staff a changé à notre demande (et puis lors du nettoyage du 2ème jour ils ont changé à nouveau). Donc finalement tout c'est très bien passé.
