The accommodation was terrible. There was an older woman with white hair at the reception who was extremely rude. She even called me rude, even though I was the customer. The way they treat guests is absolutely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, €95 was stolen from my room. I reported that I believed the housekeeping staff had taken my money, but the reception simply told me they didn’t care. That response was shocking.

This is an awful place, and I would never recommend it to anyone. If you decide to stay here, be aware that you may be treated with disrespect, made to feel less than human, and even have your money stolen.

Prima verblijf voor even snel slapen en de eerste trein naar Hamburg te halen.

Ik ben geen goed reverentie punt. Ik kwam om half 2 en ging om half 6 weer weg

Cons:

De kamer was op de vijfde verdieping, zonder lift of airco. En met de warme dagen is dat wel even afzien.
Maar een kort verblijf is dat natuurlijk niet een reden om te klagen

The location was very central and also the staff were friendly and helpful, and reception is open 24/7.

Cons:

The room was so hot it was insufferable even with the window open and the fans provided. There was no lift so walking up to the 5th floor with cases and very narrow staircases needs to be considered when booking.

Just what we were looking for.
Pros:

The receptionist was AMAZING. She was a very sweet lady and very helpful.

Cons:

The only downside is the stairs and the heat but other than that the place was great . The location is absolutely perfect.
