Realmente es un hotel demasiado limitado en todos los aspectos, yo fui porque siempre me llamo la atención en fotos, pero no regresaría

The property was not ready when we got there. There was no soap in the washrooms. The pool at our villa was not clean.The washrooms walls and doors were not clean. The hotel is not ready for a blackout as we had one and the hotel did not have a generator to fix the problem and also the water stopped working because there was not electricity. We had to leave very early the next day because we couldn't use the washrooms. I tried to contact the management regarding the issue but I couldn't get any answers.

No me gusto que no hay comunicacion para nada cuando llegamos no podiamos abrir la puerta y nadie nos explico nada ni nos dio numeros para que pudieramos reportar cualquier problema se nos entapio el lavatrasto y nos cortaban el agua no podiamos usar el baño y era de noche no se podia reportar a nadie.muy descontenta con la atencion

Todo bueno excelente. Solo que deberia de haber mas ammbente por la noche. Eso eso tranquilo

Un lugar muy calmado, perfecto para unas vacaciones con la idea de relajarse.

I did like everything,

No hot water, refrigerator took a day before drinks got cold, no paper towels, one dinner plate for entire party and poor WiFi

Great view of the beach while enjoying the pool. Our room walked out into the pool area. We only wish we had more time. We really enjoyed our visit!

La villa tenia varios llavines malos, piscina sucia con flores de arboles, extractor no funcionaba,

A cada rato se hiba la energia eléctrica y el agua, el refri no estaba encendido por lo tanto duro hasta el siguiente dia en enfriar. Me gustaba mas antes porque tenian estufa los condominios, ahora hay restaurantes donde la comida no es tan buena y cara.

Very poorly maintained we arrived 2 hours after check in time and room was partially ready no towels, shampoo or soap. No staff around to help, all curtains have mold, bathrooms not clean. The property is beauriful but needs upgrade, proper maintenance. In the pictures they show stove therefore the villas have no stoves.

This is my second time to this hotel. The first time was 7 years ago and it was very good. But this time it was very bad, no internet, no cell phone signal. Also, you could cook in the apartment before, but now there is nothing, the kitchen is just for decoration.

The road to enter the hotel is horrible and during the day, the people from the nearby community try and close the entrance to the road and charge a fee to enter. The actual 2 bedroom is nice and spacious. However, the wifi did not work at all. I had to work and had absolutely no service. We dined at the hotel restaurant and our food did not come out till 2 hours later- the waiters never asked us if we were ok, or if we wanted something else they only came back when the food was ready. Also the tip was already included in the check which I did not agree with since they did absolutely nothing.The following morning there was no water- so we missed our tour that we paid for because it was 6 of us wanting to get ready. In the AM we went back to the hotel restaurant for breakfast and something was wrong with their POS and she told me I could only pay with cash or bank transfer ( I am not Honduran) and when I told her I only had my card she asked me what was I going to do about this as if It was a problem with me and not the hotel. The hotel did nothing to accommodate or show any kind of customer service. As mentioned the only good thing was the actual room- the service is atrocious.
