Stay away from this "hotel", its fraud
Pros:

The room was absolutely horrible, and disgusting. The entire building looked like it was abandoned. There was what looked like semen stains everywhere.
The air con did not work, after 1 hour the temperature was still 31℃. I took photos as evidence to dispute the charge with my credit card company as this is obviously fraud.
I checked out after 1 hour and went to book another hotel at the opposite familymart which had working air-conditioning. When i told the manager that the room was absolutely disgusting and will be checking out, he didn't seem surprised at all.
I've also attached photos here for everyone's enjoyment.

フロント対応、清掃の女性の態度がとても良かった
アメニティがまぁまぁ充実してた
スリッパ、ティッシュの補充、烏龍茶、コーヒー、緑茶
冷蔵庫付近のコンセントが壊れてて冷蔵庫が使えなかった。
ケトルは故障がわかってからテレビの前で使いました
12階でホテルエリアのエレベーターに乗り継ぎますが、トラブル防止のために警察官が常駐してるので、安心できた
付近にレストラン、コンビニ、スーパー、日用品24H、ランドリーなど多数あるので安心便利

連續住了7晚，從來沒有換過牀單, 房間及洗手間發現小蟑螂,還好通知當值人員後肯馬上換房
用過的茶杯也不是每天清洗

非常可惜
Pros:

不能算是太糟，但 85 大樓上面的旅館就是有種怪感，整個裝潢環境應該可以提升更多，非常可惜。浴室僅堪用，感覺滿奇怪的讓人不太安心。然後床的四周有太多奇怪的櫃體，以及上方的輕鋼架天花板，感覺有躲藏許多生物的嫌疑，不過所幸這次沒遇到。棉被有一圈汙漬，枕頭、床單也有一些。

Pros:

The room was decent for our short stay in Kaohsiung. Deceng duze for 2 people. AC worked great, TV had some English channels. Most annoying thing was having to take 2 different elevators to get to the room. But, price fairly matched what we got.

5/3退房早上櫃台人員臉色不佳也不回應，辦理退房沒有事先告知要收退房費，如果知道我們就不用像她說的趕著5分鐘下來，當場跟他建議如是這樣我們就能待到12點，錢都付了就不用那麼趕了，結果服務人員臉色極差，連回應都不回應

清潔度不足，床鋪有許多毛髮，令人感到噁心。
隔音效果差，半夜隔壁客房像在開趴，音樂聲、交談聲甚至有尖叫聲，令人無法好好休息！

隔音差，隔壁關門，小孩在外面講話房內都聽得很清楚，廁所有異味傳出，房間小跟照片不符，熱水要間隔15分鐘才能洗，打掃完，地板還有頭髮、桌面有空瓶。

景觀好，但運氣不好遇到差勁的房客
Pros:

樓上聚會聊天吵鬧到半夜一點多，且走路拖椅子的聲音很大聲，隔音相當不好有時還聽的到他們對話，等聚會結束才能睡覺～因睡眠不足讓隔天的行程都無法好好享受
