服務人員很認真

Cons:

入住時間只有三點到八點，有點小麻煩。
床包下面感覺是草席的軟硬度，支撐度很好，感覺夏天住的話應該很涼爽，只是不會有軟床的感覺。

價格實惠，床鋪舒適
Pros:

距離車站有一段距離，但步行還可以接受。仿日式的自助報到，感覺蠻不錯的，很便利。房間是飯店改成青旅的模式，地板乾淨，床鋪舒適好睡，基本提供的沖泡包、浴巾、飲水機都有。以這樣的價格在新竹市已經算不錯了。

Cons:

浴室的排水系統堵住了，導致水無法排出。房門和浴室的門看起來有點老舊，異音很多，樓上的排水系統有點大聲，聽得非常清楚。櫃檯人員感覺有點不耐煩

整體環境無菸很讚 服務人員態度也都很好

Cons:

衛浴部分蓮蓬頭的管子有點老舊 水量會被折到 飛機經過會有點吵
