La localización estuvo bien.

Lo primero de todo, jamás me ha pasado llegar a un lugar donde no hayan cambiado las sábanas, reconozco esto porque trabajo en el área de limpieza de hoteles. Las sábanas arrugadas, donde encontré al menos 10 pelos negros en las sábanas. Los cristales del baño sin lavar, lleno de polvo en el mueble de la TV. Las luces del lado de la cama no funcionaban. Las cortinas para tapar las ventanas, increíblemente sucias. Higiene un 0. Y cuando fui a ducharme no salía agua caliente, dejé el grifo abierto 5 minutos y nada. Cuando ya cedí a que no iba a ducharme después de un día de trekking, al irme a cenar dije en recepción que no había agua caliente y su respuesta del chico fue: si, acabo de reponer el gas. Sinceramente podrían habernos avisado de esto en el check in. El personal no se le ve muy interesado en dar un buen servicio. Además yo recibí en los días de antes un WhatsApp diciendo que no habían podido verificar mi tarjeta de pago, y que hiciera click en un link, obviamente no lo hice y le hablé por booking al hostal y me dijeron que había un chico que se llama Guillermo que trabajaba ahí que estaba haciendo eso … en serio? Que poca profesionalidad ñ.

Pros:

This hotel reminded me of a Bali-style villas. A lot of windows, nice view from the balcony. Cozy comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Neither balcony door nor sliding windows had locks on them. I guess whole area is safe, we didn’t have any issues.

Otima pedida em Aguas Callientes
Pros:

A acomodação e confortavel, espaçosa e estava tudo bem limpo e organizado. O cafe da manhã é bem servido começa as 5.00 am, otimo para quem tem entrada no parque as 6.00. O Staff é muito atencioso.
A localização é a passos da praça e muito perto das estações de trem e onibus.

Cons:

O check out poderia ser mais tarde, mas eles foram bastante atenciosos e guardaram nossas coisas ate a hora da nossa saida da cidade de trem.

Staff were great, comfortable rooms and beds, perfect east location to ticket office and restaurants
Pros:

I stayed with my son for his birthday to go to Machu Pichu. Alex had a birthday cake waiting for my son and a room upgrade to a fabulous suite.
The hotel is the best location in AC due to close proximity to ticket office and bars and restaurants. Our room was so comfortable and it will remain a special place and memory. Great breakfast, comfy beds and close to everything. I would definately recommend.
