Apart-Hotel Naumov Lubyanka

К гостинице такси подъехать не может, с 2х сторон огорожено шлагбаумом и проезд только для машин мвд, находящегося напротив гостиницы. Далее, добравшись до гостиницы, нам пришлось тащить чемоданы по лестнице по факту на 3й этаж. Лифт вроде есть в здании, но гостинице им пользоваться нельзя и на праздники его вообще отключили. При заселении в номере не было тапок, полотенец не хватало, зубные щетки в принципе не предусмотрены. После обращения на ресепшн администратор сильно удивилась просьбе все это предоставить, но тем не менее мы получили тапки и недостающие полотенца. Уборка одно название. По сути в прихожей только протирали и все, в ванной валялись куски межплиточной штукатурки , она отваливается. На стенах в номере были какие-то пятна. Полотенца нам не меняли(проживали 6ночей), пришлось просить уборщицу поменять. Она забрала полотенца, чистые обещала занести через полчаса и не принесла. Через 3 часа пошли на ресепшн, тогда нам наконец-то дали чистые полотенца. Слышимость ужасная. Если соседи в номере проснулись и начали ходить- ощущение, будто у вас в номере. В общем никакие это не 3*, не рекомендую, единственный плюс- местоположение в центре и тихий закоулок.

Very nice little hotel, rooms just upgraded and renovated and clean and safe, u have coffee and tea maker and fridge, sleepers and even bathropes! Loved it !! Very friendly staff even though thru google translate :) Would come back with family !

L'hôtel est proche du centre (station Lioubianka), ce qui est pratique, mais le confort est sommaire : la chambre est assez petite et la salle de bain laisse à désirer (la cuvette des toilettes est... dans la douche).
Bref, c'est assez simple, pour une nuit ou deux, mais pas forcément pour un séjour plus long.

Had a great stay in the Apart-Hotel Naumov Lubyanka. The room and bathroom were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was conveniently located close to the metro. They even gave us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate a special day.

Già 4 anni di seguito che prenoto , la posizione è ottima, sei nel pieno centro di Mosca ed a 5 minuti dalla metropolitana , le camere sono pulite l'unica pecca sono i bagni che andrebbero modernizati separando il wc dalla doccia.

The hotel is situated close to cafe and within peasant walking distance to theatres and museums. Alles ok

Calidad precio muy recomendable, muy nuevo, el jabón y la cama una pasada. Esta a poco más de 6 minutos de 2 paradas de metro.

Останавливался второй раз. В прошлом году все очень понравилось, в этом году, увы, в номере не было мыла :( Забыли.

Moscow was our last destination on our 3 week holiday and so my wife and I had started to unwind a bit already. Like (I think?) most properties in Russia, these apartment-hotels are situated in old buildings which have been renovated for the purpose that they now serve. Therefore, from the outside, it looks somewhat dingy and you have to walk up past a set of stairs and then enter through another door before reaching reception, which then looks more modern, new, refurbished and inviting.

We had paid online already and the checkin process was easy, the room itself is large with a good pressured shower head and hot water that was never an issue. There is plenty of room for storage and the beds are large. For a 3 star hotel, it meets all requirements that I had before coming.

There is free coffee and tea, and complimentary bottled water when you first get here. The location is close enough to walk to the Kremlin and red square on foot, while also being close enough to metros of different lines should you wish to venture out further. For the price we paid, it's location and the number of stars this hotel is, all our needs were satisfied.

Отличное расположение, приветливый персонал, охрана отеля по вечерам. Можно заказать еду в номер из соседнего кафе. Слышимость в номерах, но это не столь страшно.

В отеле все понравилось, нареканий нет. Условия проживания и сервис соответствовали ожиданиям. Рекомендую!

everything ok in general. no shampoo in bath and no parking

We stayed in the kitchen apt/suite. Good size and well equipped. Bed and sheets were extremely comfy. Room was very clean. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Housecleaning staff were good and honest. Free water cooler in hallway which is great!
Just be careful because the google location for the hotel is their secondary sort of annex location (few blocks away), not the main hotel. We arrived there incorrectly but the staff quickly fixed the problem and the bellboy carried everything for us the 3 blocks to the proper location.

The hotel is a little hard to find, but it is not in a tourist area, so the people we asked were able to give us directions. It is walking distance (2km) to Red Square, and less than 1 km to Metro. It is close to Theatre district. The room was comfortable and clean. In the lobby there was spring water available to drink at all times. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, very good value for money.

Modernes Zimmer - jedoch Riesenstufe (ca 45 cm hoch Mitten im Zimmer )- nichts für Schlafwandler. Liegt gegenüber der Moskauer Polizeizentrale, in der Nähe viele Restaurants und das Ausgehvietel, U-Bahn ca 10 Min nah. Guter Standort um Kreml zu besuchen fast in Stadtmitte. Ein schönes Kloster - neu erbaut steht um die Ecke, ebenso teurer Supermarkt in der Nähe. Hotel liegt ruhig. Koffer unterstellen war aus " Sicherheitsgründen " nicht möglich.
