The Westin Nashville has to be the top tier stay of the year so far! All amenities, decor and service were on point.
I stayed at the Westin for the SEC basketball tournament as I do every year. The hotel is fine. It's a bit of a hike to the arena and Broadway, but it's the team hotel so I stay where my team stays. This year we spent one night at the Westin. When I examined my credit card statement, I was charged $295.43 for ONE NIGHT parking. It took multiple phone calls but finally I was able to reach someone who could help. (The valet desk does not have a phone line according to the hotel help desk.) The person I spoke with said they found the mistake and the valet marked the incorrect check-out date and that I would be receiving a credit on my card, which I did in the amount of $128.00. So now ONE NIGHT parking cost me $167.43. I'm going to call the hotel yet again and try to get this resolved, but I never should have been overcharged the first time, and it should have been accurately corrected after my inquiry. Very poor customer service.

I took members of my company to a Nashville predators game. These company members don’t live in Nashville so we needed a hotel to stay in. We chose the Westin and our experience was just amazing. The service was top notch. The hotel is beautiful. Everything was so clean. My staff did not want to leave! We will certainly be back.

Room was clean and ready early. Tommy, Devon, and Hayden at the valet were the greatest gentlemen- safely storing my luggage and doing their work with a smile and enthusiasm. Excellent food too. Will return.

Day two of the new menu for the rooftop bar. Even for a vegetarian, great options that were delicious. Brittany was amazing behind the bar. She was able to accommodate my request for a unique mixed drink. Brittany made the experience incredibly delightful with her infectious personality and humor. I definitely recommend making this venue a stop during your visit to Nashville!
