aangenaam verblijf met enkele kleine aandachtspunten
Pros:

grootte van de kamer en badkamer, vriendelijk en zeer betrokken personeel, beschikbaarheid drinkwater (en in ochtend ook koffie en thee), mogelijkheid etenswaren en drinken koel weg te zetten.
Hulp bij reparatie lekke autoband, zonder kosten (mogelijk ter compensatie van verschil kosten zie hieronder)

Cons:

douche niet warm, luidruchtige airco (na 1 nacht wel grotendeels verholpen). de afrekening verschil tussen opgegeven prijs booking en wat we moesten afrekenen (33 usd!). Dit werd toegeschreven aan booking.com, maar bij meerdere boekingen tijdens onze jaarlijkse reizen in Nicaragua is dit nooit gebeurd. Ook niet bij booking van dag erna gewoon de opgegeven prijs betaald.
Geen check na 1 nacht op bijv vieze handdoeken, prullebak, toiletpapier etc

Would visit again if we come back to Granada.
Pros:

Pool was great and the perfect temperature. A few times it was a little noisy with kids screaming. Breakfast was great and came with the room price. Always a smile from the staff.

Cons:

It's a walk to the center of town, but ok with us because we like to walk. There's not much more that I didn't like because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Magnifique hôtel colonial avec de beaux espaces extérieurs et de très grandes chambres
Pros:

L'hôtel est magnifique et tous les espaces sont entretenus avec soin. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Tout le personnel est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Toujours prêt à vous aider pour organiser une excursion ou un transport. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs sont très beaux. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cet établissement et avons passé un magnifique séjour. Nous avions un peu peur par rapport aux commentaires d'autres voyageurs sur le bruit de l'église. Il est vrai que les cloches sonnent à 6 heures tous les matins, mais il s'agit du plus magnifique des carillons que nous ayons entendu et celui-ci dure 15 secondes. Le lieu est vraiment paisible et idéal pour se reposer.

Cons:

Le seul bémol est la localisation. A 1 kilomètre du centre. Il n'y a pas de restaurant à proximité. Le service de restauration est pratiquement inexistant pour les repas du midi et du soir ( uniquement 3 choix pour les repas du midi, mais pas toujours dispo). La connexion Wi-Fi est mauvaise dans les chambres mais excellente dans les espaces communs.

Muy buena atención y comodidad
Pros:

Todo el personal es muy atento, pero el chico de la recepción debe de tener una mención especial, fue excelente en sus atenciones.

I’d stay here again. Just off the beaten path which was nice.
